Today at 10:10 called and discovered the same manager I had talked to "needed to find two guys to come out to us" and at 11a got a call to find out it couldn't be today but I could reschedule for tomorrow. We of course planned our move for today and scheduled a moving service that will actually abide scheduling for tomorrow so we had to cancel. Andy allowed me to peruse the styles, answered my questions and gave me brochures. I returned a few months later and gave Marina my drawings to get a baseline quote; I truly appreciated that she didn't feel that she had to question my choices because she was the "expert". I was happy with the estimate and, indeed, we came very close to that in the end. She did indeed use her expertise and relationships with the manufacturer in getting the precise cabinets and functional inserts that I wanted with regular meetings over several weeks . She kept me apprised of the production timing, arrival and delivery date. She also assisted in recommending contractors, cabinet hardware and stone & tile sources (they have nice starter selections at the shop but have access to many others). I am thrilled with my kitchen and when a flooding disaster destroyed many of the cabinets a year later she was able to pull up the past design and re-order the cabinets quickly (luckily insurance covered that cost!). I was equally impressed with all the other staff that helped with delivery and when Marina was not available. A class operation! PS. Stove wall still awaiting completion.
