I initially thought it would take a few days longer judging by the reviews. Also, this place is very clean and spacious, while the front desk is courteous and prompt. I also like that patients can wait in the car until it's time for them to be seen. I was seen by Raquel and Dr. Maureen Dallhoff who were both very kind and answered all my questions. The wait for the doctor was a little longer compared to other times I've been to urgent cares, but no biggie. It helped to have my phone to keep my occupied. Also, I probably could have saved time checking in if I reserved a spot online. Otherwise, this went well :)

I've been sick twice now and both times I was blown off and told if I'm not feeling better in a week and they have an appointment they will see me. A week? Or I can always go to an urgent care. Really, that's how an established patient since 2007 is treated When the call their supposed primary doctor. Needless to say I won't ever be contacting them again. Time for a new doctor.

Luckily there was no one else in the office so that was a plus. I will mention he, Werthaim, said for me to see my primary doctor (FYI I don't actually have a primary doctor) or see a dermatologist. Whatever, but that's not what upset me. He recommended some blood tests and at this point I reminded him that I have a phobia of blood tests as a result of a poisoned appendix when I was a child. I would have liked a cream or something. He then starting posturing to me that he has 35 years of experience and that if I was going to question him that he other patients to take care of. (Empty office). Very cold, unconcerned and showed no compassion towards my situation.

I was told the insurance company took back this payment. My insurance carrier said they were overpaid and paid them $2,084.17. This was for a vasectomy. The original bill was for $7,862!!!!!!! I was in the facility 30 min and no anesthesia was used. I offered 10% of the adjusted bill ($5,777) but the greedy surgicenter wanted more! My original obligation was w the urologist that said I had a $300 deductible which was met. If I had no insurance I was told by the urologist's office the cost would be $1,600. So how is it possible they are trying to charge me $2,169??????? Plus they were already paid $2,084.17 by the insurance carrier???? If you decide to use this place I suggest you obtain everything in writing. Secondly with the attitude Dr.Kirschenbaum had w my wife on the phone I can not imagine his bed side manner.

She has studied acupuncture in China, at the Beijing University…read moreof Chinese Medicine, a study which takes years, instead of the quickie-training which other American practitioners in NJ have had. There is a great difference; acupuncture is a delicate skill. I was treated for migraine headaches, and I was very impressed by her level of skill. I have been treated by five different practitioners, and she is the only one I would recommend in this area. She also was extremely knowledgeable about the physical structure of the body. She advised me not to try botox, because of what she noticed about the musculature structure of my neck, in particular. I ignored this, because I so hoped botox would be an instant cure. I went to another practitioner for botox, a well-known neurologist. I was really wrong not to listen to Dr. Han. I had severe neck pain after the botox for almost 6 months! And the migraines only abated for one week. I am returning to Dr. Han for acupuncture. Also, the office is very pleasant, and everyone on staff has been friendly and relaxed. It's a nice atmosphere.
