At the minute there are lots of black and white themed gifts, which is very on trend, and great cause my sister loves this theme. The cards are also really selective, so you can usually pick up an unsual card not found in other shops. The only down side is that the stuff in this shop is a little pricey, but it is all good quality. I love just going in and browsing. It's worth going in when they have a sale on as you can usually pick up some bargains!

This a really lovely local card shop. They have a great selection of cards for all occasions and…read morethey are all very well price. Some of the cards are as low as 59p, and the quality is much nicer than some of the other cheap card shops found in town centres. They don't just sell cards though, there is also a selection of stationery at very reasonable prices, great if you've run out of something. They also stock some small gifty type things although I'm not so sure about these, the quality doesn't seem so great. But if you're after a card I'd definitely give this shop a try.

Mainly because the store sells some of the most unusual items that I've ever seen. Jenny Wren is absolutely jam-packed full of surprises, from odd little Russian Dolls, to tiny little shoes made from jewels, to really detailed puppets. It's probably not advisable to bring children into the shop, because a lot of items, (including the puppets) have 'do not touch' signs on them; and there are quite a few breakable objects around the store too. I literally could've bought all of the puppets, especially the Henry the 8th one. Each puppet is amazingly crafted. Okay, so they're a little pricey, but well worth the money. The outside of the store looks a little generic and stereotypically, highbrow 'gallery-like'. I think the shop could entice more customers to view the wonders inside if it dressed the store front more funkily, in order to reflect the products sold. One thing I will say, they could so with cutting back on the perfume smells in the shop, I'd appreciate that greatly. I couldn't get the smell out of my nose until the next day - it nearly knocked me out in the shop too!
