Dry and badly put together - honestly, how do you mess up a burger? Having said that, staff were nice and reasonably attentive, there were papers to read and tea was OK. I think next time I'd go for the wagyu burger as it comes on a brioche and looks a lot more moist than then the burger I had. Honestly, who puts whole pickles into a burger - they go on the side guys.
