Wolf window came out and measured and priced a new one. They were reasonable and I placed the order. Within a few weeks they manufactured the new screen door. Then they came out and perfectly installed it. I can now use the sliding glass door screen with two fingers and lock it.

HOWEVER, we did NOT expect to have to provide water hoses so the gutters could be cleaned properly. Wonder what would have happened if we didn't have any, or enough for a 2 story house?. MOST IMPORTANTLY, we got NO receipt!! Hubby had to sign a paper stating it was OK to charge for "rest" of service once the guy returned to the office, and yep, no copy of that paper either.
