Justus was extremely thorough, took time cleaning very messy gutters, roof, and making sure the yard was cleaned up as well and was out here for several hours. He still stuck to the quote. Extremely affordable, which is surprising these days given the work was great as well. It is great to see folks who still do great work and don't try to get as much as they can out of you up to the last penny beyond which they think you are likely to say no. Justus also mentioned one corner he couldn't get up to (we knew this because no one can, but he is the first to mention it and still got it clear without actually walking up the steep roof pitch) - this further sealed my confidence in hiring J.B. as honesty/integrity are crtitical. I anticipate going with J.B. going forward, and telling our friends about him as well!

The service was excellent and the prices were very competitive compared to all of what you get. Communication and service was excellent, and I was extremely happy with everything that was completed in a very efficient manner, and with such detail and care. I love that they don't use harsh chemicals and are still able to get everything clean and shiny so it looked fresh and new. There are a lot of pets walking by my place, and I don't want them to get harmed. I will use them regularly now, since the cost is less than what I thought and it keeps my exterior looking great with great curb appeal (considering so many people walk and run by townhouse). I highly recommend them!

I was very happy that he was there purely to give an estimate -- there was no pressure to make a decision on the spot. A couple of weeks later, at the appointed time, Kevin completed the work thoroughly and cleanly. The area around around the back door looks like new. The gutters worked perfectly in the recent storms. Final comment -- what I paid matched the estimate, to the penny.

We had a fantastic experience with Kevin from start to finish…read more We had a leak showing up in our laundry room and were having a tough time figuring it out since it wasn't happening when we were doing laundry and it only happened certain times when it rained, not all the time. My husband attempted to find the leak when looking at the pipes in the attic, cutting out part of the wall in the laundry room to make sure no pipes behind the washer/dryer were having issues, but eventually came to the conclusion that it could potentially be rain coming into the dryer vent which is on our roof - so if we had an extremely hard rain that came in a crazy angle, our wall was getting wet. So I researched around for someone and came across the reviews for McToolman. Kevin was quick to respond, set up an initial consultation that worked with our schedules, and send us a quote. We were fine with the quote and scheduled for Kevin to make the fix. Kevin came as scheduled and made the repair very quickly. We have had no issues since and appreciate the great job we received in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend Kevin with McToolman!
