During the next rain, I noticed a section of gutter was leaking. I called J&M and they sent to team out to investigate. Turns out the former owner had used silicone in an elbow joint that wasn't sloped properly, so when it didn't drain at the rate it should, it would drip. The silicone had worn down, so John and the team applied gutter grade sealant with no complaints and no extra charge. The gutters are working great. I definitely trust this team with my business.

They seemed to really be rushing, including walking across the roof to the back yard gutters instead of hooking up the hose out back. Before arriving, and at appointment scheduling, I told them to please park on my property. They parked at my neighbors and when I asked them to move, they said they wouldn't be long. Of course my neighbor came home and asked them to move (how embarrassing). When they were finished, they told me to turn the water off to the house. A FLOOD OF WATER WAS GUSHING DOWN MY HOSE BIB AS IT HAD BUSTED. Did they notice this in the beginning or at the end??? I had to call a plumber and pay over $1,000 to cut the drywall and replace my hose bib. NEVER will I have this done in winter again!!!

These people are FAST: I requested a quote on Sunday night, received a phone call from the owner on Monday, they did their evaluation on Tuesday (with live texted updates/pictures/quotes), and the work was completed Thursday and Friday. Talk about a quick turnaround time! The VALUE of the work is incomparable to other places. We lost some shingles during a windstorm. I called McNulty Roofing and Siding. Mr. McNulty came…read moreout for an estimate the day after I called. I got his name online (along with 2 others who didn't return my calls until several days later). We have a very large and high 2 story home. When he got up on the roof he told us he had to replace 5 shingles. He had to go to Lowe's for the replacements. The repair took about an hour, but his travel time and getting the shingles was about another hour. He also inspected our very large roof and siding. Everything (shingles, repair and his time at Lowe's included) came to $135 which we considered EXTREMELY reasonable. We expected to pay a lot more. Dennis was very thorough and a really pleasant person to deal with. He was in no rush to finish and we are very satisfied. He is most definitely on our recommended list and would use his services again in a heartbeat.
