I called Three Rivers at 9:04 this morning expecting a person to pick up the phone. No, nope that…read morewasn't the case. I got a recording stating of course, they were with a client or on another call. I called many different times hoping to get a person. I even called the Boise office which had the same message telling me the people in their office I could leave a message for. So I'm assuming they never or almost never answer a ringing phone. They will call me back by the end of the day. That must have been the reason I called first thing so I could wait until the end of the day to speak to someone. What happened to having a receptionist who answered the phone, took messages, answered questions and everything in between. If you don't care when you talk to someone at this office this may be the insurance for you, BUT if you value your own time DON'T us this insurance.
