The best auto dismantler around!! Apparently, I was the last person on the planet to know that…read morePontiacs are no longer made, and therefore neither are their parts. So I stupidly bought a 2009 Pontiac. After a year, the rear differential went out. The car sat broken down for months while I called around trying to find a used one. A different local dismantler who's name rhymes with Conanza kept telling me they had the one I needed, but never sent it to my mechanic and then made up crazy stories about why they hadn't every time I called. This went on for almost a month! It was extremely strange-- probably a laundering scheme and not a real business if you ask me since the situation was so bizarre, but who knows. Why continue saying you have the part, but never mail it?! Anyway, I was tired of them jerking me around, so I called H&M... I was so glad I did!! Greg saved the day... he hunted my part down and found it in L. A. There was one problem, though... I did not have all the money for the part right in that moment. Who has almost $1,000 lying around?! I had no idea it cost so much cuz the other wacky auto dismantler told me it was a lot cheaper-- another made up story. I'm a single mother-- a widow in fact, so I'm poor. I had all my money wrapped up in this broken car that I bought my daughter. Greg was gracious enough to promise to get the part if I put down a deposit. He then held the part for me for a bit until I could get the rest of the money together. He didn't have to do this and had he not; I'd be up shit's creek waiting around another year for another 2009 Pontiac to get into an accident, while still paying the car payment on my daughter's broken one! Anyway, if you need a part for any vehicle-- call them. They are incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I will no longer waste my time calling any other dismantler. Also, the part comes with a 90 day warranty just in case!! They even insisted on carrying the part out to put in my car for me and did the same when I brought the old one back for the core charge-- over a month later. Thanks, H&M!!

After months of research and many different options out there, I went with metalcloak. The quality of product, the warranty and customer service is outstanding. I purchased the sport tire carrier and am impressed how strong the new setup is. I then purchased their 3.5" game changer rocksport edition. My buddy and I did the install over the weekend. The instructions where great, the packaging was great. I am happy with my purchases. I've had the carrier on for over a year and a half and the lift for 1 year with 15k miles on it. Outside of he rockrash, the Jeep looks amazing and handles well on trails. The dual rate springs are awesome because I can load the Jeep for road trips and camping and it doesn't sag. My next step is to buy the tie rod drag link setup and then move on to some under armor. I just wish they would add some metalcloak swag for purchases over a certain price. Kinda like a loyal customer appreciation. I know it's small but I say if you want quality and service pick metalcloak.

I do Metalcloak for plates, and Morrflate for compressors. I have bought four different products from Metalcloak over the years, and each of the products has been well made, fit well, and the gold zinc covering ensures that they still look great after a few trips to Moab. I was especially impressed when they contacted me almost a year after purchasing their rear differential plate, telling me that they had updated their design, and asking me for my address to ship me a replacement. I had no complaints about the first one, but the revision was easier to install and fit tighter than the prior version. How many companies do you know that proactively reach out to customers to make sure they are fully satisfied? These guys are great, they make great stuff, and they won't leave you hanging on the support side. And that means a lot these days.

I took my RV to Allied to have the coach batteries relocated from underneath the chassis, where they were exposed to the elements, to inside the van under the bed. I was concerned about having the job done correctly because the existing wiring looked like spaghetti. Not only did Allied do an excellent job relocating the batteries and cleaning everything up, they discovered an issue that was preventing my second alternator from properly charging the coach batteries. They diagnosed the problem, repaired it, and got everything working the way it should. The real test came afterward. I drove the van through California, Nevada, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming, and then all the way back to Sacramento. The system worked flawlessly the entire trip. After that experience, nobody will work on my motorhome except Allied if I can help it. They were knowledgeable, efficient, honest, and did the job right. What a fantastic find for RV owners in the Sacramento area. I highly recommend Allied.

Stood around in the store for a good 15 minutes before 2 guys that work there asked if I needed help. I told them I'm interested in getting that cargo box and asked if they could mount it for me which he said yes. OK, so they gave me the dusty floor model that had a scuff mark and spider web with spider in it. Didn't bother to at least dust it off and remove the spider if they're too lazy to get me a new in box one. Anywaus so i had to remove the cargo box, kill the spider and remount the cargo box. Smh. I gave it a gracious 2 stars because the African American employee helping me mount it was helpful otherwise I'd give it zero stars if possible.
