They're great with personalization and working with insurance companies on getting you in. Note though, if you're looking for emergency care, they don't specialize in that as I've found out the hard way that's what hospitals are for. The same Dr has been there forever and she's pretty well versed in her study. They do physical therapy, chronic pain, and even have licensed counselors there for other services. Overall, if insurance want such a pain, I'd go more often. Oh! They even deal in cash if you want an alternative means of payment and they had some pretty good options there.

The nursing care is far better here, the staff more professional, and the physical therapy program ran by "Dr. Mike" is amazing. Not to mention the great food and the cook that was willing to acomodate my dad being the picky eater he is. My dad needed all of it. My dad was originally discharged to another rehab facility nearby that used to be pretty good but they went down hill. He was getting crappy care and ended up back in the hospital. The second time around he went to Sugar Land Rehab Hospital instead and now he is back home and doing well. Nothing but praise for this place.

She asked for an estimated payment before she even knew what my insurance was going to pay. And now I know I have paid her more than I should have based on what they covered. On top of that! I should have known when look at reviews it was just minor issues like toe fungus etc... there after I thoroughly talk to front desk lady and she assured me she care for cases like mine All the time. Dr Sum look at my foot...prescribed me Gabapentin and told me I can do my own exercises at home. Come back in 2 weeks...not I said the cat! Only doctors from word a mouth! It's hard finding great first class physicians now!
