They recently damaged my sprinkler system performing the winterization. Refused to come out and even inspect the damage nor repair the damage they caused. read more

This company is TERRIBLE. They served our HOA for just under a year and it was the worst service we ever had. I did a better job mowing the grass when I was 8. They damaged property and tried to deny it, only fixing it after we provided video evidence that it was them. Overall, lawn service was awful. For snow removal, they GROSSLY overcharged us, claiming an insane amount of man hours. In spite of that, they missed a ton of areas they were supposed clear of snow, spilled ice melt all over and generally did a terrible job. Customer service was awful throughout and I seriously question their integrity. read more

Shockingly awful customer service. I have done a lot of home renovation projects and have never been treated as rudely as I was by the people who work at All Terrain. They took forever to get the job done and are so overpriced. I would definitely go with a different company if I was going to do this all over again. Avoid this place! read more

We had All Terrain repair our old sprinkler system and it is now like new. Tony and his assistant Simdrah were great to work with. Tony made suggestions that will improve our water usage and updated our sprinkler heads that can now be adjusted if needed. Both of them went through every plant and flower to evaluate water usage. In time the water savings will be seen in our water bill. They also do winter blowouts in a timely manner. This is a long standing solid company that you can count on. read more

Read the one star reviews. They are the ones that are accurate. These guys are disorganized and don't treat customers well. They took many weeks to schedule with me. Then they rescheduled. Then sent me an email with the wrong time so I had to fix that for them. Then, when I wasn't there at 9:03 (appointment at 9:00), they threatened to leave because they get to arrive early and if you aren't ready, they leave. Mind you, they didn't text or call or anything. Ridiculous! When I called them out on how ridiculous it is to expect people to be there at their beck and call, they sent me some silly email about how after long thought and consideration, my yard wasn't right for them. What a bunch of baloney. These guys aren't ethical. They don't take responsibility. They think they are right. Always. You do it their way or not at all. read more

This company lacks integrity. Everything they say about doing things right and caring about their customers is the opposite of the truth. They do not take any pride in their work at all. We hired them for a $90k backyard and the masonry looks like a first grader did it. We were so excited with the design they came up with and thrilled with our choice to hire the best company out there and now we're so disappointed and sad that we want to move. They don't care and just want their money and to move on to rip off the next family. They are the worst of the worst and I'll gladly provide details to anyone considering hiring them. Signing a contract with these crooks is something I will always regret. read more

These nice folks came out short notice to set the sprinkler system for winter. Swift and efficient and reasonable pricing. They always answer the phone with a smile and respond quickly. read more

The other reviews are quite opposite of my experience with All Terrain in Greeley, CO. Phone calls were not answered after calling them more than twice. We also visited the office for help with our landscaping but received no response from that either. Perhaps this company prefers to work with HOA and the large business that provides consistent income and not residential customers. If that is the case, it would make sense to at least communicate to the caller that they are not interested. To say the least, I was blown away at how we were treated by this company (won't go into details) after letting them know how let down we were about not getting a return phone call. So, if you are a homeowner looking for assistance, from my experience, this company will not want your business nor provide effective communication. read more

awful company to work for, after years at alpine gardens I made the switch with the promise of a crew and a work truck, no promises were kept, drama filled and next to no customer care like they claim on indeed, I'd look elsewhere unless you like a half-ass job done on your yard. not even due to foreman or crew work ethic but due to upper management style of business in the way of trying to save money. god awful would give a 0/5 if possible read more

When I turned on my sprinklers this year (idiot that i am) I didnt have the valve opend up all the way. Thinking the worst had happen I phoned All Terrain. Mitch came out took a look around and pointed out my mistake. EZ fix and I felt foolish. He stayed and ran my sprinklers thru the program. He cleaned up a head and uncovered a couple that I had covered with landscaping. Mitch was very nice and answered my questions and gave me some advice. He was honest and that means a lot!! If (when) I need sprinkler work again I will certainly give them a call. read more

Terrible business practices. Do not trust them to schedule your project as promised. It's been 6 weeks since All Terrain cashed my deposit check and they still can't provide a timeline to start work.....all I hear is excuses and they just don't know when they can start. I will get my deposit back and find a more reliable business read more

Helped us with a major sprinkler repair after a local company ripped up our irrigation system on a fence install. They came out multiple times, and all of the techs were professional and hard-working. Customer service at the office itself is great. Definitely recommend. read more

I was so impressed by one of your employees who found my daughter's debit card outside our condo door while performing his work responsibilities. He took the time to knock on the door to inquiry as to if it was in fact ours. This very kind and considerate young man saved us much time and worry. Kudos to him and All Terrain Landscaping! read more

Disappointed to say the least. We've worked with All Terrain a number of times in the past and had good luck. HOWEVER, recently we had a quote to replace a valve and portion of our line. The tech replaced the WRONG line, and didn't touch the valve. Additionally, the poor craftsmanship created a large leak in our line. Needless to say, All Terrain is removed from our contractor, and referral list. read more

Many thanks to sales consultant Derrick and work crew led by Nick (with Mark, Oscar, Andrew, and others) for an excellent job on our major landscaping overhaul; including installation of an underground sprinkler system, renovation and enlargement of all of our landscape plant beds (new weed barrier and rock), and addition and/or replacement of 23 plants in our yard. Nick and his crew were friendly, conscientious, and hard working. It took longer than it should have to get the proposal the way we wanted it (communication gaps between us and the landscape designer); and the crew got a bit too rushed on the last day of work and took shortcuts on one bed (didn't replace weed barrier or remove old rock, just dumped new rock on top) and left the yard a bit messy (staples from old beds, bits of roots and weed barrier, tire marks on driveway, etc). But the fundamentals were solid - the sprinkler system is top-notch in terms of design and coverage, and the crew followed all of our inputs for clarifications as to what we wanted. They even did some nice pruning on our current overgrown shrubs so they looked better with the newly installed ones. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend All Terrain for landscaping work, large or small. read more

Hate to leave a negative review for any business, but I feel obligated to warn others about this horrible company. Worst treatment we have ever received from anyone who has done any type of residential work on any house we have owned. We bid out a full and complete backyard landscape job (new construction) to several companies and had initial good feelings from the salesman. Once the "foreman" took over is when the nightmare began. Did not care about customer at all from the very beginning. The communication from the beginning was abysmal. Its as if the design crew and the implementation crew didn't really speak, and we had to clarify what was actually in emails during the design phase! Then we were the "bad guys" for pointing out these details. The work was shoddy at best. in my opinion, extremely unethical business practices - up-charged for materials then installed something else. We were blamed for tree placement in a poorly drained area that they ran drip lines to and turned on for 45 minutes per day, then said they would not warranty their work. We asked multiple times for certain things and they didn't care at all about us as a paying customer. seems like, They simply wanted to throw down some landscape materials and put us in their rearview mirror! We were charged for 5-6 foot trees and they installed 3 foot trees, they acknowledged this fact, and did nothing to rectify their mistakes. General common sense severely lacking by the foreman in our opinion. Salesman blamed the foreman for not working well with customers and said he was let go from another landscape company, tried to start his own business and failed within 6 months, and they are "trying" to work with them at this company. Very strange behavior! Hopefully this review can save you the mental agony we had to endure. read more

My elderly neighbor has All Terrain cut her grass after the previous lawn company merged with All Terrain Landscaping. I am not at all impressed! It seems they only show up to mow about every ten days. Rather than doing the obvious and bagging the EXTRA TALL grass clippings, they instead choose to mulch the grass. This not only gives her property a poor appearance, but also creates work for me. After EVERY lawn mowing by All Terrain at my neighbor's house, I have to mow or rake up the grass clippings left behind by their Hustler mowers. The mower operator works hastily away having no consideration whatsoever for the adjoining properties. Definitely not a company I ever care to do business with or would feel comfortable recommending to others. read more

Immediate service when nobody else could provide it! They understood my need to have things expedited and they went the extra mile to get me what I needed when I needed it. Wasn't your average job either mind you, this was a 25 acre, get it done by the end of the week push!! They scheduled it, got me a good price AND organized spraying for me. When it was done there were a few noxious weeds left that we couldn't even be sure were our property and they went back and cut them down for me just to save me a hassle!!! To say this is an exceptional company is selling them short!! You don't come across these kinds of companies anymore they do GREAT work and they stand by their work - they will make sure you are satisfied. Don't bother calling anybody else!! Thank you to Amanda and the techs I don't know what I would have done without you!! read more
