The check in time is 3pm on the website. We came back around 5pm. the room was ready but the check-in took 20mins. 2. The WIFI system is a pain in the a**. You need to have a separate access code for each device. However, it was fast. 3. The room was super dirty. Stains on the wall, floor, bathroom and curtains. 4. They gave us a room for disabled people. The sink was super low. I am a 6ft man and it was not a great experience to use this bathroom. 5. This hotel offers a breakfast for 16 euros/pp which is a total rip-off. Don't be fooled and go to a nice bakery for 4x less. there are many around the hotel. The pros: 1. Friendly staff 2. The bed was comfy 3. Location was OK. Walking to downtown is around 30mins. By tramway it is around 15mins. 4. Modern hotel 5. $10USD parking is a fair deal if you have a fancy car. You can also park in the street for free, and there are plenty of spots. Overall I would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel until they fix the issues that I had during my stay. This hotel has a good potential but for now is far away from a 4-star hotel.

The bathrooms were decently sized and we were able to comfortably do some clothing washing. My room was a double and it was a bit challenging to move with our two suitcases. The breakfast we were given did not look as nice as the one that was provided to the rest of the hotel guests. We were allocated in a different area and the breakfast was subpar. The hotel is located in a more industrial side of town, there didn't seem to be anything going on nearby. However, the hotel is pretty close to one of the tram lines that lead you straight into the center of the city. That was probably one of the only good things about this hotel.

The building in itself is beautiful, with a large reception hall and a view over the city from some rooms. The rooms are well-furnished, with excellent bedding and king-sized beds, a shower AND a bathtub. One could regret the absence of bathrobes. In my room, one of the door locks was missing (the chain that allows the door to stay locked while slightly open). Breakfast is a varied all-you-can-eat buffet, with pancakes, eggs and sausage, croissants, etc. You have to get your hot beverages by yourself (in some other hotels with similar pricing, hot beverages are served at the table by a member of staff), and there was no "standard" green tea (just many black teas, some infusions, and a mint green tea). For that price, I would expect a better service. Regarding location, the hotel is a 5-10 minutes walk to the closest tram stations (10 minutes if you have to carry your luggage). There is a bike station right at the front, and a bus station nearby. During Vinexpo, the bus shuttles stop right in front of the hotel, which makes it a convenient place to stay.
