Had initially set up an appointment early in the month, no show after sending a text regarding the address of the job and make/model of vehicle being worked on. Made another appointment 2 weeks later, and still a no show with no text back or call back regarding why he couldn't make it. All it takes is a response to why you couldn't show up and a new date for the appointment. read more

I had very bad results with this company. He came out very quickly to fix our back window which was great. Very polite and nice. We thought we had found the perfect company. Then we found water in our trunk. Called him to come out to look at it. He did not answer our call so we left a message told him what was wrong and asked him to call ASAP . No call back so we called him again. He answered and said he would come out in a day to look at it but he said he knew it could not be his fault.. Never came out. No call. We called him again left message. No call back .We then took it to our mechanic, He had his glass person look at it and said yes it was the new window. He called All Star Auto Glass and told him what was going on and asked him to call us. No call. He took our money without any problem but his work did not hold up. Now we are out the money , over $700 and have to have our window replaced by another company that will stand by their work. He told us his work came with a warranty well it did not even last a week. It has been apx 2 weeks since this started and as of today we still have not heard one word from him. Of course we will never use him again or recommended him to anyone. read more

If 0 was an option that is what I would leave. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I filed a claim through my insurance company. I called and spoke with the owner, Nick, to make sure he was interested in the job. When I mentioned insurance he unenthusiastically said something like "Oh, you want to use insurance...". I guess this should have tipped me off that this guy was not above board. Long story short my windshield has still not been replaced. He never contacted me to set up an appointment. I called one time each week for four weeks and left a polite message. None of my calls were returned. So now I drive to my job at an essential business 5 days a week during the COVID 19 quarantine with a windshield that is still cracked from top to bottom on the driver side. Guess I'll be doing this for a while. I just wish this man had acted like a professional and declined the job so I could make other arrangements. Now I am temporarily without options. read more
