Delivery drivers show up late, there has been missing items and even items with another company name written on them being delivered to us. They are also not consistent with picking up the dirty catering dishes and trays the same afternoon or the next day. I almost always have to call them 2, 3 and even 4 times to request that the dirty catering trays be picked up. I have found another catering company in the Tri-Cities which provides much better service and we will not be using Austin Gourmet again.
