I moved all of my stuff into the storage unit and was gone for 4 years, before coming back to check on it and had absolutely no issues. The owner always keeps up to date on everything and would call if there was an issue with payment or anything else. He also offers a military discount and works with what your needs are. When I was moving out of the storage unit, he let me use another storage unit for a small price so I could separate out my stuff. I didn't find any bugs or creepy crawlies in my stuff.
