This was THE MOST PLEASANT EXPERIENCE I've had with any car repair. Ever. It's never a fun situation to be in when you have to replace a windshield and drop a couple hundred dollars, but these guys really put me at ease and made it as painless as possible. I received the LOWEST QUOTE of anywhere I called, and these guys were able to come out the next day, and had my windshield replaced in about 30 minutes. I didn't even have to go in somewhere, they just came out to my car, introduced themselves, and got started. Even once they were finished, they were extremely FAST and EFFICIENT. One man told me about the glass while the other was running the credit card for payment. They both managed to stay focused and be GENUINELY POLITE. I had a great experience from the time I made the phone call, speaking to Clayton, to the time the two men came out to do the windshield replacement. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The best way to support the great businesses and weed out the terrible ones is know where to put your money and recommend the great ones to others. I would put your money here. Thanks again to this company for such a wonderful experience. ALSO, yelp users, be sure to look below these reviews at the tiny gray-worded section that says "8 reviews not recommended". Yelp just took those away based on an algorithm, and they are all great reviews for this company. So be sure to see those too!! read more

All Safe Auto Glass was the perfect choice for us to replace the windshield of our 2024 Hyundai after it was cracked from a rock kicked up by a semi. They helped us with our insurance company and made the whole experience painless. We had first gone to the "other glass company" that advertises on TV. But what a disappointing waste of time. We only have one car and they said we had to bring it to them because they would have to use original factory glass, but then they said we had to leave it for the entire day & couldn't guarantee they would get to it that day. Then...they told us, we would have to go back to the dealer for calibration after the install. Fortunately, we found All Safe Glass in Salisbury, and Clayton was able to schedule everything to be done at our house, at our convenience, even the camera calibration and insurance paperwork! Rick and Lane, arrived on time and were very professional, efficient, and personable. They coordinated with TruTec Calibrations, who arrived immediately after glass installed, and Genesa calibrated the w/s camera. We are very pleased with the professionalism of everyone involved. I had called around to some other glass replacement companies to get quotes. With one company, I requested the quote online. What I got online was not what they gave me by phone and told me that the quote online would never be correct because it cannot tell what kind of window you need. So I asked, " why have a website that offers quotes?". Turns out the quote was 70.00 more. I ended up looking on google to see what else I could find. I found All Safe Auto Glass and read that it was a family owned establishment. So I called. I went over the type of car I had and specifics along with my VIN number. Wow! I asked the guy if he was serious because the quote shocked me that it was a 100.00 less than the other place and almost 200.00 less than Safelite! He explained to me that he was not out to charge more than what was needed because he wanted to gain customers and keep customers. That is a great attitude to have and to me, an honest person! They came out the next day to my house, installed the window and done! The window looks great and I could not be happier. I have found a new window company and I will recommend this company to everyone I know. read more

Took a trip to the beach and while in SC, a rock is kicked up into our windshield and put a serious chip. By the end of the trip, it had spidered across the whole windshield. I, hoping my insurance would take care of it, did not have such luck but they wanted to go through Safelite. Now their work may be fine work, but wanted to charge me almost double. This family owned business took great care of us for much less. I can not praise them more for being attentive and calling me back and coming out to my wife's work to fix our windshield. Thank you guys so much, your work is fantastic! read more

Went with this company after the other company with the commercials messed up my order. They called me right away and set up everything with insurance. They offered a repair and when one wasn't possible brought the new windshield right to my house. I didn't have to pack up my children and come to them which is so important right now with the virus. Both the technicians were friendly and the whole thing took about 30 minutes. I hope I don't need them again but if I do I'm calling them first. Awesome job yall. read more

I called four different companies to have a windshield replaced on our van. All Safe took time to explain the quality windshield they would use and the difference between theirs and the one the nationwide brands can use. I can back up their statements since I know quite a bit about the glass business and the various factories glass is made in. We got a terrific deal on a quality windshield and they showed up on time. This is a local run company and they earned my repeat business. read more

I called a couple different companies to have my windshield replaced on my vehicle. All Safe Auto Glass had the BEST price out there and they were so friendly to talk too....and asked all the right questions related to my vehicle. For a small family owned business, they are experienced, fast, friendly, polite and they showed up on time. I would recommend All Safe Auto Glass to everyone and I will definitely use their services again! Catherine M. Concord, NC read more

They were extremely helpful. They came out to my work to assess the situation (which was poor workmanship from a previous install) and came back to my home when I was ready to have the work done. Their prices are competitive and they worked extra hard and took their time to help me avoid additional costs. It's rare to find someone who provides quality service with a great attitude. Auto Glass Now of Kannapolis does both. Thanks! read more

I was in town for my son's baseball tournament last month and my windshield caught a foul ball. These guys went out of their way not only by driving down to Charlotte to pick up a new windshield for me, but they also switched around appointments so we could get on the road earlier! I highly recommend them for their great work, friendliness and they fixed my truck right there in the hotel parking lot. Thank you so very much!! read more
