Thank you Ari for being pleasant to deal with even though I was a major PITA during entire process!…read moreLol. Fernando was great to deal with as well. The entire team at Zofe was exactly what I was hoping for, a no BS type of company. Have no complaints with my fence. Love the finished product and I'm glad I went with them. Thanks again!

Update as of 3/1/24:…read more One thing to keep in mind which I did not know; if you ever become a client of Zofe and ever need repairs for any reason they have a minimum baseline charge of $1,500. So basically, if your repairs are not even close to that number that is what you're paying at bare minimum. My story is: Recently I had some work done at my residence and I contacted Zofe Fence to come and quote me a repair. They never came out but communicated with me very professionally on the phone and then we moved the conversation to text messaging as most places do. This repair was only needed because due to some construction changes and not on Zofe's quality of work in 10/2021. I shared with them what I needed, pictures and they immediately told me their $1,500 minimum charge on repairs. Obviously, I said no because it did not make any sense. I was disappointed but their policy is their policy so I thought it was important to share with Yelp so you can make informed decisions. I guess I will find someone else to help me repair what I need or spend sometime on YouTube learning how to fix it myself.

I met the owner, Jorge Garcia, back in 2021 about building a wood fence at my house. I got four…read moredifferent quotes, and his was the second lowest. I was really impressed with Jorge - so sincere and kind. I asked if he could match a lower quote i'd received, but understandably, he couldn't. unfortunately, I decided to go with the cheaper guy...and it ended up being one nightmare after another - in the end, it cost me even more than J Garcia's quote! It was a total mess....I REALLY regretted not hiring Jorge!!! Fast forward to 2025 - i needed to remove a wood fence and rebuild a new one on the other side of my house. I called J Garcia. James, the sales guy, came out and spent a lot of time analyzing what i needed. I was so impressed with his technical fence knowledge and attention to detail ...and he was just as kind and sincere as I'd remembered Jorge being. he even said they would fix the failing gate that the cheaper fence guy built in 2021! I hired them without even getting another quote! Jorge's kindness clearly permeates his entire company: Their permit manager, Kathy, is so helpful and resourceful and has a vast knowledge of the permitting process. George, the project manager, was there every step of the way, and when we encountered a minor hiccup, he addressed it immediately with professionalism and patience. Pedro, the installer was amazingly meticulous and precise -- truly a master craftsman! Oscar, Roberta and the whole team have amazing follow up. And James (sales) was available throughout the install to answer any questions. I've already referred J Garcia to two different neighbors, who seem to be just as impressed. I can't recommend them enough! I love my new fence!

We originally gave this company a five-star review because they handled the fence sale well…read more Unfortunately, after investing $15,000, many Pickets loosened, two years later and many nails rusted away, leaving several areas of the fence detached from each other. The follow-up service is poor. It took days for someone to arrive, after they promised someone would come by and inspect the fence day after day, and the visit was essentially a drive-by; no one stopped or called to discuss the repairs. After repeated back-and-forth, we received a call stating that fixing any pickets would cost a $500 fee, which is quite disappointing. I would not recommend or use this company again if you expect reliable customer support after installation, regardless of the issue.

I want you all to know that this company did not install as requested. 2 Gates put on different…read morethen before, some of the fence doesn't match, and terrible about cleaning up. Found clips that hold fence up thru out the backyard where fence was installed. Not one but many. I wasn't going to review this until today while cutting the back grass with my John Deere I heard a pop, sure enough a 8 inch piece of chain link that must of broken off and a 2 inch piece both inserted into my tire that they did not pick up, and now my tire is flat. Suggestion take 2 days instead of trying it all in one day. Also look out for there time, I was told they would be at my home at 9:30 am but they did not arrive until 10:50 and worked until 8:30 that evening 2 men. Not sure if they used Galvanized piping and fence. Seams a little light rolled up for one man to carry.

I would have the original installer make the repairs, but they went out of business because of their lack of quality. The scope of work was the remove a double gate and install a single gate. They were quick with the quote and the pricing was decent so we went to with them without getting a second or third quote. This is my bad. They came on a Saturday to do the installation. Instead of following the slope of the ground, they did a step down. It's not that bad as it was just an inch. When I went to inspect the work, they had a different latch system and a different hinge system for the new gate. Why they did not use the old one is beyond my understanding. I told them that I at least needed to old latch installed as it was a Sumo system and I already had the key. Last hung I wanted is to have different locks/keys for my fencing. They did not have to tools and said they would come back at a later date. Instead additional, the new fence had a gap and the new gate had a gap with the ground. Not a little gap, but a large enough gap that our 17 pound dog could climb under. So they decided that the right fix was to hack up some of the old fence and use brackets to attach to the bottom of the fence and gate. I wonder if they would accept the same "quality" of work had this been their own house. I think that is the problem, they did not have ownership. Anyway, they installed the old lock but guess what...it does not lock. The rod that goes between the inside latch and outside latch is too short. Now this was too short from the previous install, so it is not their fault. However, again, had they checked it and verified it, they could have told me that either a new rod of new latch is required. Nope. In addition, they drilled / screwed some many holes because of the mixup that now my brand new fence and brand new gate still looks like crap. I was told that tooth paste can easily fill the holes. So sad. If I were you and you weee looking for a decent fencing company, I would use them as a comparison for pricing, but nothing more. By the way, I am going ti fix it all myself. I guess the saying is true that if you want something done right....
