Really like this place! The owner is really nice and helpful and good at handling my nervous pup. She does a nice job of grooming her. I also use the self dog wash in between grooms and the facilities and towels are really clean. read more

The owner is super friendly and helpful! The place was clean and organized. 10/10 recommend for your quick pup wash :)

I've been bringing my own and foster dogs here for 15 years... always ready to take walk-ins, always prepped for bathing a disgusting dirty doggy! Currently the only groomer who can trim my lab' nails, he's a huge scaredy-cat and no matter how hard he resists she gets it done. read more

Friendly and very helpful with the self service. They were able to take me as a walk in, have all the equiptment you need for a gear bath and blow dry! read more

Just started going back to All Paws after they reopened and the experience was better than ever! Appointment only for now and no more than two people at a time to maintain social distancing. Julie is a true dog whisperer and a treasure for our Hillsdale community! read more

While Julie & her staff are great with grooming services, what Julie especially excels at is her love & gentle care for our dogs. We had a horrible experience at a big name pet store where I saw staff being rough with my sweet & gentle senior dog & it broke my heart. I'm so glad we found All Paws & you can really tell that the people working here love working with dogs. Word has spread about this place so they're booked out a few weeks but worth the wait! read more

I tried this groomer on recommendation from the Yelp reviews. It was a big mistake. I'm happy I found a way to post pictures of my Shitzu on Yelp. One picture is worth a thousand words.. Choppy, chicken feet, unsymmetrical face. A First grade child could do better with baby scissors. When I called and complained, the receptionist hung up on me. They couldn't have fixed it anyway. I wasted $42 for nothing except having to walk a dog that now looks like a joke. If you have a cute longer hair type dog.. avoid this business. . read more

This place is great! My dog, Scout, is very gentle and calm. He's pretty easy going and the staff here fell in love with him! The groomer really listened to me about how I only wanted a bath and small trim to keep his scruffy look maintainedThey took such good care of him for his first bath and trim since we rescued him 4 months earlier. Scout loved his time here so much that he fell asleep in the hair drying kennel because it was so relaxing for him read more

All Paws is awesome. My dog HATES having his nails trimmed. He screams, struggles, and acts like he's being murdered. I've had other groomers try and fail in Portland. My vet tried and gave up, then told me they would need to sedate him to get his nails trimmed. I've tried all sorts of things at home to get him used to having his paws touched more often, but haven't succeeded in making him any better when the nail clippers get near a paw. The team at All Paws is always awesome. They are fast and efficient and really nice about it, even though my dog makes terrible noises and grows. I am so impressed with how well they handle him--- they keep him safe and get the job done and slowly but surely he's getting better about the process. I also like their dog wash facilities. The place is very clean and friendly and they are just wonderful. I wish I could give even more stars. read more

I've never been able to get my pug to calmly get her nails clipped. It's like she suddenly gets possessed and becomes the most aggressive crazy alien inside a little pug body and three people have to hold her down and then use bandaids after she bites them. Yet somehow Julie is a dog whisperer and Lucy (the pug dog) just lets her do anything. I've watched. It's actual magic. I don't understand but I don't need to. I just know she's a godsend. read more

My wife and I stopped in to give our pup a wash at the self-wash station and the whole experience was wonderful. We're new dog owners and figuring all of this out as we go. The owner gave us tips on how to wash and dry her, was super nice and caring the whole time and gave our pup a bunch of treats afterwards. Such a great experience! We'll definitely be coming back! read more

First of all, I love my dog more than I love people. I take a lot of time researching his medical care, his dental care, his treats, his food, his vaccines, etc. His grooming is no different! Julie and Selena are as wonderful as they come. Extremely knowledgeable with breeds and the do/donts! I have a Siberian Husky/Samoyed mix and he uses all his strength when he is in the bath tub as if his life depended on it. His behavior is crazy, he loves the ocean and rivers--any water on his own terms. But bath? He scratches her arms, and the whole time Julie keeps her cool (Selena too, my dog required all three of us to restrain his 43lb furry butt at first--which is less than the 5 people it takes at the vet) and patiently but sternly talks to my fluffy. Over the course of a few baths, my dog already has started to have some calm moments more and moreso each time as he grows to trust he isn't dying. I had been bathing him on my own as best as I could (prior to finding All Paws) since I adopted him with no such calm moments! Samoyeds are very attached to their person, and my dog is no different. He is impossible if I am not there--the vets can tell you all about trying to give him vaccines/drawing blood without my presence and he will not hold still with multiple vet techs and the vet trying to calm him and restrain him. With me there, no one even has to restrain him. He is strong! But he has it in his head that bath time is a terrible time. He is learning such is not true--huskies are stubborn! I adopted him from the Humane Society and his previous owners never bathed him and his during first grooming at OHS, they cut him really badly behind his ear. Thanks to Julie and Selena's patience and care, my Westley has come to not dread bathtime the way he used to! I spent a long time seeking out the most professional and competent groomer extraordinaires and Julie and Selena have a clear and obvious passion for dogs. I will trust no one else! read more

This place is amazing! Julie & Selena were so calm, patient & loving with my 4 month old Whoodle! We had a very bad experience at The Scooby Shack (see my review on Yelp). After searching Yelp, I brought Brighton here to get her beyond our bad experience & get her bad haircut fixed. They were so gentle & understanding with my puppy! We are both new to grooming & they made us feel very comfortable! Brighton liked it so much she didn't want to leave. I will definitely be back & would recommend them to anyone!! read more

They did a great job on my new Yorkie rescue who has severe anxiety. I brought in a photo for the cut we wanted and they soaked and scrubbed her, did anal glands, nail trim, and I think two blow dry and cuts! Very thorough job and she was completely calm for them. (Few!) They were recommended by neighborhood friends. Hillsdale is lucky to have a great groomer. We'll be back! read more

I took my 6 mo. old maltese puppy to All Paws for her first grooming experience and was impressed by the care that the team took throughout the grooming process. I came in for a quick consult and we talked about her temperament and what kind of cut would be best as this age, then brought her in the next day for her appointment. The cut looked excellent and the service was perfect. I would recommend All Paws to anyone!! read more

Wow! These ladies are bonafide dog-lovers and treated my two doggos like rock stars. While I was dropping them off, I saw two other dogs come in and both looked happy to be there. This was a first visit for my 11-year old Coton de Tulear and 5-year-old Cavalier and they both finished up looking BOOFUL! My older guy can be a bit fearful, but he was happy and playful when I picked them up, no anxiety at all. Both had small mats and were overgrown, so I was really pleased to see them looking sleek with #4 cuts. Bravo, ladies, see you in October! read more

I've been going to Julie since 2014 and refuse to go anywhere else! Even after moving to Gresham, I'll gladly sit 45 minutes in traffic to get my bubs groomed. She's trustworthy, does a great job, and loves Zeus as much as I love him! One time I was running late to pick him up and I walk in to find him chasing ball with one of the employees and the shop dog Abby. They kept him entertained and played with him instead of being annoyed with my tardiness! And although I've mentioned only Julie, everyone there does an amazing job. All I have to do when I call is say "Zeus the white frenchie" and she knows exactly who I'm talking about :) highly recommend! read more

Called to arrange an appointment for our 14 year old Yorky-poo. Owner refused to groom our dog because of her age. She is sweet and lovable and was a source of great joy to my mother-in-law until she recently passed away. What an Ageist decision! No offer to try to help. Wound have been nice to feel some love and not a cold shoulder. read more

Julie is a gift to the dog world. I'm very thankful to have found her and her amazing team for both of my dogs needs. Great experience.

This place is truly amazing! Great prices and they take really good care of your pets.

I was excited about this place since it had such great reviews but my experience was different. First, I was told it would take approximately 3 hours and to call at a certain time to check in. They called me 45 mins earlier than I was supposed to check in and said my dog was finished. I was downtown and asked if I could come at the original time they had told me. They told me no bc my dog was barking. (Obviously, he's a dog, they do that!) When I arrived they had him leashed on top of a table. Then, they complained about him even more. His hair was cut so uneven and even the lady that cut it said she couldn't get it straight but didn't offer to do anything about it or discount the price. Will definitely not be back! read more

I come here for the dog wash. The groomers are always very nice, and have all of the grooming equipment available for rent as well. The facility is clean, and always smells fresh. I usually spend 2-3 hours here, grooming my little guy, so I really get to see how they work with animals. I can honestly say, I have never met kinder or more patient groomers. Anytime I get tired of grooming my dog, I know he will be in great hands here. read more

This is our local groomer and they are great!!! We have been taking our labradoodle here since we moved to this neighborhood about a year ago. They cut how you ask them to and pricing is reasonable and they are flexible with pickup and dropoff. After taking my dog on a fishing trip to Eastern Oregon last fall I found several burrs deep in my dogs paw pads that I couldn't get out with scissors, tweezers, etc and my poor dog was really suffering. I took him here without even calling ahead and they interupted what they were doing and had the burrs out in minutes! This is a great business, highly recommended! read more

Great experience! Everything is set up and ready to go for a self-service. Customer service was cheerful and helpful. $15 to clean a 45-pound mutt--couldn't afford to do it every day, but for the occasional bath it works great, especially since you don't have to clean up afterward. Strongly recommend! read more

I've been taking my Berner here for about 5 years now for nails trims, and it is just the best. We just moved to the area and love the self wash here. It's no nonsense, and you get what you need to get the job done quickly. The staff has always been friendly. The first time we went in with our new puppy, one of the groomers was nice enough to stop what she was doing to help us out. We've bathed many adult dogs, but it's been years since bathing a pup. A big pup at that. We appreciated the help, and will continue to use their shop. read more
