It really is a one stop shop for all things quilting. Excellent organization and high quality merchandise throughout. Everything for every skill level, new beginners or seasoned quilters. Staff is very friendly and helpful, but don't hover over shoppers, giving you space to explore. They also do mail order, but the store is so nice, we'll have to add it to our "road trip" schedule!

The flowers were ordered in advance for Mother's Day delivery, but after the holiday passed, I was told the arrangement had already been delivered -- even though I work from home and never received anything. On Saturday May 16, after being contacted by Sweet Impressions regarding a delayed delivery, I spoke with the owner and found the interaction very frustrating. I repeatedly explained that my concern was with JustFlowers and not with their shop personally, but the conversation became argumentative and defensive instead of helpful. As a customer already dealing with a failed holiday order, I was disappointed by the lack of empathy and professionalism during the call. I understand florists are overwhelmed during major holidays, but the overall experience left me even more frustrated with the situation.

We had to make calls and, luckily, for us, someone was still in the building next door and helped us. On the day of the class, our instructor was excellent, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. We definitely were very pleased with her and her class. But Stichin Heaven did not put new blades in the rotary cutters, and we had a difficult time trimming our fabric. We were concerned someone would cut themselves on the dull blades. I just feel Stichin Heaven has very poor customer service.
