When he finally gave me a towel that I could see right behind him, I get to my room and it's DIRTY. Then, I see I was never refunded the hotel deposit. When I called, I spoke with Mark again. He hung up on me after saying he needed a few minutes to look up my transaction. I had to call back six times before he answered again. He was extremely rude and unprofessional and he claimed I had been refunded. I asked to get that in an email for proof and he told me rudely that he had a lot of customers in line (how is that my problem) and then he hung up on me again. So I had to dispute the charge with my bank. Also, the pictures used on this review that were uploaded from the business owner are not even of this actual property. It's run down and dirty on the outside. The actual room itself is fine enough for sleeping and showering, but it boggles my mind how horrible the customer service was. Mark just doesn't give a sh*t about anything. SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

Actually, I believe the service was much better with Chris officiating, rather than the other person. Chris brought so much joy, laughter, and a fun sense of humor to the wedding at the waterfall. He is very professional, had all of the paperwork in order, he was mic'ed up so we all could hear him, and then he played music afterwards which was a great touch !
