We had a very bad experience here. We had an appointment for the G1 test and arrived on time. We waited 15 minutes and then asked when they would call our name. The staff told us they had already called us three times, but nobody ever called - we were sitting right there the whole time. Then they told us to wait again, and we ended up waiting almost an hour. When we finally went to ask, they said we needed a different document. The problem is that a week ago, when we came to check, the same staff said our document was fine. Now they changed their mind and refused it. The staff were very unfriendly, unhelpful, and gave us completely different answers on different days. Very disappointing service. Only one person was helping us it's the guy siting on the window 8 I don't know what his name but he help us very appreciated this I hope that next time when I come, the staff will be more friendly and willing to help me. read more

Very pleasant experience. I am a new immigrant, and needed to do a G driver exam. I saw the on Wednesday afternoon there was a spot at Drive Test in Etobicoke on Thursday morning. I called All Nations Driving School, they arranged Umar as a driving instructor for me. The next morning I had a one-hour lesson followed by the exam. Umar was friendly, patient, and gave some good tips for the exam. He arrived a bit early so that we had some extra time (without extra cost). The price was very reasonable too. I bought the package #1 in the Sounth Etobicoke location which includes 20 hours in class lessons and 10 hours driving. I decided to go with the full program versus just driving lessons to get an insurance discount certificate but I regret it so much now. In class lessons were OK - boring, not great but at least the teacher showed up. Driving instructors though were terrible! My first instructor kept cancelling our lessons one after another with no good reason at all - like I need to drive my aunt somewhere. As a result I had only 1 hour lesson in 3 weeks just because I couldn't get him to come. I asked for another instructor and I got Steve. He seemed OK at first but after a few lessons he would "forget" to come at all without even a call. When i was trying to contact him to schedule another lesson he wouldn't pick up the phone. When I finally reached him he said that he took me for another person who he was avoiding! Not to mention he was always late. As the previous review states the instructor was talking to me like i was a teenager which I didn't enjoy either. I wasn't able to change the instructor one more time so I had to pain through it to finish all 10 hours with this school. When my 10 hours were done Steve started pressuaring me to take an exam with him. I didn't feel that I'm ready for an exam and asked for additional lessons his answer was "Don't worry I'll take you Oakville, everybody passes there." Well yeah, how about teaching me how to drive? I found another instructor after that and he was shocked with my driving skills after those 10 hours of "lessons". He prepared me for G2 in 2 weeks whereas I spent 3,5 months trying to get 10 driving lessons with All Nations Driving School. read more

I've had a very positive experience with All Nations Driving School. In class instruction was very in-depth and informative. I had excellent driving instructor. Very patient and laid back. I learned a lot and passed everything first time around. A year after the course, I was still able to contact my driving instructor and get the final road test for G with him. They really make sure you are ready to pass. Highly recommend. My driving instructor was Faisal. Five stars to him! Very professional and very very patient, as I was quite nervous at the beginning. At the time of the course, I was 37 and got treated as an adult, not as a teenager. My insurance company still honors the discount that you get after you pass this course... I've been driving for 8 years now without a single infraction. read more

Very bad experience. Don't be fooled by the advertisement. The cheapest package is 400. The in-class course is okay. At the end of the in-class course, I was supposed to get my MTO certificate, but no one contacted afterwards and no certificate either. I also needed to schedule my on-road class too! I tried to call them during the daytime of weekday, but no one answered. Then I texted them twice, telling them I needed the class ASAP, then they finally gave me a instructor's number. I have only taken 2 on-road classes, but the coach, Hussain, canceled 3 times. And he was late for 30 minutes in the second class without noticing me. Each class should be one hour, but they only lasted for 40 minutes. He is not responsible for his job, not at all! I called them to change my coach. A lady answered and said 2 days later someone will take charge of it and call me back. It turned out that they didn't do anything. No calls. Don't get ripped of by this place guys!! read more

It's been a year since I had my g1 but I can't take my test cuz they won't finish my lessons. I have complained several times and get nothing. Do not go to this school. Government approved, reasonable rates, flexible schedules. They do not engage in fear mongering to make you take more classes. They have a large pool of driving instructors. If you can choose, ask for Mohammed. He is patient and has fail proof techniques for parallel /reverse parking. Those were very useful in my test. read more

I began taking driving lessons with an instructor here in the fall, but after giving him so many chances I was forced to find instruction elsewhere. Like many other reviewers have mentioned, the instructor was extremely late for every lesson and several times he never even showed up. To make matters worse, he never even called to let me know, I had to call him! When I was able to reach him the first time, hours after the lesson had been scheduled, he told me that his father had been sick. I felt very bad for him, but then this happened several more times and I became fed up. The final straw was when I could not reach him for two weeks in order to reschedule. There was no continuity in the lessons, since he couldn't recall what we had previously worked on. When he did attempt to call me it was usually close to midnight. So unprofessional! Within four months I had taken only 4 lessons, and I feel as if I wasted my time and money. Since finding an instructor at another driving school I have succeeded in obtaining my license, and I do not recommend this school to anyone. read more

Terrible experience at the Etobicoke South location. They falsely advertise prices on their website and then sneak fees throughout the course. My in-car instructor was aggressive and sexist. He would scream at me constantly and was incredibly offensive. As a driver himself, he wouldn't even wear his seat belt and would accommodate lessons selfishly only for personal gain to accommodate his errands. Every lesson, I was told to pull over in various places including gas stations and plazas; and would leave me sitting in the parking lot for over 20 minutes which he deducted from my lesson. I paid for 10 hours of in car lessons and probably only received around 5-6 hours. When I complained to the owner of the school, she was not helpful whatsoever. Instead, she told me I should have reached out sooner, when in fact I had contacted her at least 3 times throughout the course. My experience led me to believe this school is a scam, and they take advantage of their students. This caused me to seek extra in-car lessons elsewhere costing me even more money. Had I known this from the beginning, I would have spent the money on Young Drivers or a school with more credibility. You get what you pay for, and clearly for their "low" cost, I got low quality instructors and customer service. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service----no return calls and a very mean spirited lady named Miriam who barks rather than communicates. She never returns calls. I've been trying to get my certificate from the driving school to no avail. Mohammed is a lazy instructor who spends about a half hour teaching for an hour lesson and the rest talking on cell phones and going to stores and is really a poor excuse for an instructor. You get what you pay for and unfortunately when you have to complain about your instructor, there's no way for a response. I don't recommend this school to anyone. read more

Naeem was very polite and was very knowledgable about the road rules etc. He paid careful attention when I drove so he was able to advise me on all the things I needed to improve and made me feel comfortable driving with him. The group of people that taught me were very kind and caring people and i could tell that they wanted to help me and they were not just in it for the money. Just because you have experience doesnt mean you are qualified too teach. I had a great time in the actual classes inside and Malik was a great instructor. I Learned a lot about the road and feel i benifited greatly from that. However Asad who was my actual driving instructor was not a very good teacher, he seems like a good person sure, but hes not a good teacher. I understand that with practice comes perfect, but when you are practising and almost every mistake is rewarded with yelling at you, its not helpful, in the slightest. Im was pretty sure i was not ready to take the drivers test and im positive Asad knew that aswell, but instead of telling me to wait, practice more, and then do the exam, you know like a teacher trying to get his student to actually do well would do. Nope we paid for the bullshit $185 (also why the hell is it 185??!? Why not just 180 or 190 tf? This is a cash exchange pick a number divisible by 10 if its that much money) and honestly it was not worh the money. I was supposed to get a whole kind of "extra" practice where i would be judged "like its a real exam", thats bs. The only thing different from an actual class is where at the end, in the parking lot of the testing area Asad walked around the car and told me to put my blinkers on and honk the horn, like tf?!? I paid 185 for that??? You are much better off using and practicing with your parents car, its not worth the money read more

They may know their driving knowledge but have a severe lack of organization, language skills, and professionalism. Considering the fees, you get what you pay for -- bad service! I experienced the same issues with the other posts: driving instructor failing to show up or call, doesn't respond to texts which he asks me to text him. Also, the written assignments in class were so badly done with so many spelling & grammar mistakes, everyone in the class kept getting wrong answers because the language was so bad. This place is horrible! I had their instructor Mohammad and he was horrid. He kept cancelling on me or would never show up! He actually changed his number at one point and never bothered to tell me! It took me like 4 months to complete my lessons, just because I couldn't get a hold of him or he wouldn't show up! As well, I took the course to get the insurance thing. I went to the ministry and they hadn't sent it through, which is THEIR responsibility to do! I have been talking to Marium the owner, and she's been giving me the run around. She tells me to call her at 9 am and then when I call she says to call back at 4 pm. She then tells me she sent it to the ministry, I go to the ministry and its not there. I go back to her and she says she'll send it to the ministry and call my insurance company to explain what is going on. She hasnt called my insurance and I can't get a hold of her now. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! Go to all star or young drivers! ANYTHING BUT THIS PLACE IM WARNING YOU!!! read more
