This is the most unprofessional tattoo artist I've ever worked with. After I paid in full for my sleeve, he cancelled on me several times in a row. He also lies constantly. He was saying that his friend or family member had his phone and said whatever disrespect thing he texted last. When I told him to refund me the rest and I would go see another tattoo artist he began threatening me saying he would use my driver's license and I would "see him soon". He also said he would call my work and spread lies. He even posted about me on his social media saying that he cancelled on me one time and I flew off the handle (not what happened at all). Just avoid this guy all together. He's bad news, he's predatory, and shouldn't have a license to begin with. Please don't trust him with your tattoo or any of your personal info. This is a participating studio for the new sound tattoos that came out in Jan of 2017 and since they are still very new I selected this office and artist because when I called to book an appointment and more information on these unique tattoos they were highly knowledgeable and caring. The artist whom did my tattoo was not there and took my contact info and called me the next day. After the initial talk and exchange with my tattoo artist, Chris, he instructed me to set the tattoo over via PDF so that he could draw it up and have everything ready the day of. It has been over five years since I have had any ink and Chris made the process very easy and uneventful. When Chris, the tattoo artist did the tattoo he was professional and explained everything to me setting me at ease. His demeanor was very calming and cool headed. I did not have any issues with the needle until the very end of the tattoo, and he paused based on my mannerism and asked if I needed a break. The tattoo turned out beautifully and and could not be happier with the honor that I will hear when I play it and hear is voice over the app. He also explained in detail making sure that I understood how to care for the tattoo afterwards. And I had scheduled an appointment a couple weeks ago for this design I've wanted so badly. He canceled with a couple hours notice and couldn't reschedule me for a couple weeks. And my friend Shane, texted me saying Jesse is now messaging him calling him fake and threatening him. This was an "all-N" disappointment. Granted, we called the same night to see if my friends and I could get a small tattoo on each of us, but we talked to Keagan, who assured us we wouldn't need to make an appointment and to just "come on in" because he had time to do it. He told us to ask for Keagan. We left our place and drove over (about a thirty minute drive). When we arrived (a little before 7PM), we were told Keagan left to get food but would be back within 45-60 minutes. Ok, slightly strange he said to come but left for food, but no worries yet, he was working all day, everyone needs to eat. Plus they close at 9PM, he knew he would tattoo three women before they closed, so we were sure he'd be back. We left to get food, something quick, ate in the car, and headed back in around 7:30pm. Keagan wasn't there yet, so we sat on the couch and waited. Two people walked in while we were waiting, but didn't address us or ask us anything (they turned out not to be Keagan, and also not very friendly). An hour and a half after we were told Keagan would be back (at 8:30pm), we asked whether they knew when Keagan was coming back to the store because it didn't seem like anyone would be able to do the prep/clean up for three tattoos (and actually do the tatts themselves) within 30 minutes. The guy said he had no idea where Keagan was and that he *might* come in tomorrow. He never contacted Keagan to see where he was or when/if he was coming back. I'm not sure why anyone would say to come in if they were going to leave for food, take more than a two and a half hour break (when the store closes at 9pm), and never contact anyone to tel us not to waste our time. The website says "Vegas' best tattoo artists" but maybe that's only true if they show up? If I could leave zero stars, I would. read more

I paid Jesse James in advance for a quite large piece. He's canceled on me twice (informed me same day, not even remotely in advance). After the first cancelation he made me wait an entire month to have an appointment (which was the 2nd time he canceled). I tried to confirm the 3rd appointment the night prior and he said he was not available at the time we'd scheduled. When I expressed that I'd already paid and I wanted to get it done he responded with a barrage of curse words calling me a cry baby and dropping the F bomb. He then posted a half naked picture of me getting tatted on his Instagram telling people I was cheap. He proceeded to continue with threats about having my personal information after he saw I posted a Google review. Google will not let me post the screenshots but I have them if anyone is curious. Grossly unprofessional and rude. Although the piece has been paid for in full, I will be going elsewhere to have it finished. I'm currently debating if I need to go to the cops or not. First, the all the other staff seemed nice and helpful. I was early for an appointment with somebody named Dottie Ginger, so I explained that and was offered a seat and a bottle of water. Everybody wanted to make sure that I was comfortable and let me know they were setting up for a party so not to mind the noise too much. They were super friendly and so I did not worry about it at all. That's where three stars come from. The actual tattoo artist I was supposed to meet, however, was a shit show. Not only was she 15 minutes late, She completely ignored me when she walked in, not even asking who I was or who I might be waiting for. She came in and dropped off her stuff, then went back outside and brought in a drink of some sort for another person who seem to have an appointment with her at the same time. While she was chatting with this other person, she had two or three of the staff almost yelling at her and pointing at me explaining that I was a client and I have been waiting for quite a while. She looked very confused and sort of ignored me for a little while longer. Then she decided to check her phone, and finally came to sit with me. She stared at me blankly for what seemed like two minutes, before I explained that I was here because of the website and text messages from the day before. She didn't seem to know what I was talking about and asked me why I was there and what I needed. I explained I filled out a form on her website, and had been texting with somebody claiming to be her the day before, who confirmed an appointment for me at 3:30 the following day. She had no idea about the artwork descriptions or examples I had given online, nor did she seem very interested in what I had to say. She kept looking at the other client. Then she started blaming somebody she called her manager, and told me that she didn't have me on the schedule so she didn't have time. She then kept texting on her phone and started making phone calls, without really acknowledging what I might need. I finally picked up my bag and told her that if she and her manager wanted to get on the same page maybe they could give me a call and actually read the messages. read more
