I recently took my 11-month-old son to All Kids Dentistry, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment we walked in, the receptionist was incredibly kind and welcoming to both of us. She explained everything that would be happening, and we barely waited--maybe one or two minutes before being called back. Nadine was exceptional! She gave us a full tour of the office and was absolutely amazing with my son. He couldn't stop smiling and reaching for her, which instantly made us feel comfortable. Dr. Laura was just as wonderful--sweet, patient, and thorough. She took the time to walk me through the best techniques to help my son brush his teeth, which I really appreciated. We left with a few goodies for my little one, and even more importantly, we left happy and confident in our choice to go with All Kids Dentistry. My daughter's first visit was today with Dr. Laura, not only is she fantastic at what she does and very knowledgeable but, (yes there's more) the techs, front office, everybody in that office loves their job and kids. We had our first appointment here at All kids Dentistry everything was amazing. The facility is so clean and brand new, all new equipment. The front office was super helpful. Love Love Love. I took my son, who is on the spectrum, to get a cleaning and a check up. Right away, they showed great care and attention to his particular needs. They made him feel so comfortable and this brought joy and peace to our hearts. We were already anxious because of a previous bad experience, but this visit changed everything. Who has 2 thumbs, and is happy with the great dental service muy daughter gets from all kids dentistry? This guy -- her dad. Callie is 5 years old, and wasn't sure about the dentist, but she loves coming here! It all starts with the kids computer in the waiting room. Callie actually wants to leave early to go play in the lobby. And each person who has worked on Callie has been Top Notch. Dr Laura was 1st, and we liked her a lot. Callie has also met Dr. Nguyen, who like Dr Laura is awesome! I do wanna point ount the dental assistant, Angy. She is a slice of kindness. Callie was real nervous one appointment, and Angy (sounds like Angie) made sure before she did anything, she made sure Callie was comfortable. Horrible billing mess and unprofessional front office staff. We have been coming here for a while with 2 kids. Each time I visit the office I always pay for services rendered or past amounts that happen to be overages that insurance did not cover. During my most recent visit I was told I need to pay $742 now before I left. I told them there was no way that was accurate as the only procedure my kids had done was a cleaning and those are completely covered by insurance. The front staff stood firm that they were certain this is what I owed. I let them know this was impossible and I would like to review with billing. She then called me back and said I was correct that I only owed $480. This still seemed very incorrect. I finally discussed issues with the billing department and they gave me a completely separate amount and sent me a text stating this would clear the account. This amount was $382. Then I received a new statement in the mail a month later for $408. All the while we never visited the office and no additional insurance payments were made. I told the front staff I would like to leave a message to talk to the dentist based off the experience I have had and discuss what could be done. She said she wouldn't give the dentist the info because the dentist doesn't deal with billing. I let her know I wanted to discuss how the staff has treated me. I am now filing claims with insurance and dental board as they refuse to have a clear explanation why my due amount has changed 5 plus times over the last several weeks. read more

My 9 year old is a patient, and had an unexpected tooth injury at school recess...front tooth got knocked loose! In a panic, I start calling All Kids Dentistry and Embrace Your Smile (for his braces) to see what we should do next. What I wasn't aware of was that doctors from all offices got on the phone together - during their lunch breaks - to figure out how best to treat my son. I am so blown away with how quickly they all worked together - ABOVE AND BEYOND! We ended up with an emergency appointment and my son is well taken care of. Highly recommend! 10/10 read more

What an amazing team this dentist office has. My child 10 has sensory issues, low pain tolerance and an easily triggered gag reflex. They are fearful of the dentist because they had a rough experience early on. These women sat with my child discussed the plan, listened to their concerns, gave them space, and went at my child's pace. This is the first time I have seen my child not panicking/crying at the dentist. They were relaxed and calm it was remarkable. They were able to get them though the procedure tear free without shame or fear. What a caring approach after so many years of difficult situations for everyone this team has made my child comfortable. My child even said the their dentist is the real tooth fairy. I brought all three of my kids and all three had a pleasant experience. The staff where helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you All Kids Dental. Dr. Paulina is by far the best pediatric dentist I have encountered! I recently took my two sons (7 years old and 2.5 years old) for dental checks, and our visit to her clinic was nothing short of remarkable. From the moment we walked in, the staff's and hygienist's warm and inviting demeanor immediately put my kids at ease. The waiting area had a positive and comforting atmosphere. During the appointment, Dr. Paulina had remarkable patience and skill, especially when it came to my older son's nervousness about needing a cavity filling. She was warm, compassionate, took her time explaining each step of the process in a kid-friendly way and truly put my son at ease. The best part was she used the latest technology and removed the cavity with a laser instead of a drill! This meant he did not even have to have an injection of anesthetic! I have PTSD from childhood fillings I needed due to the needle pokes and sound of the drill and my son was completely spared of this type of experience because Dr. Paulina uses the latest technology. Just wow! What truly impressed me was Dr. Paulina's adeptness at calming my son's anxiety. She took the time to answer all of his questions and ensured that my son felt comfortable before proceeding with the cavity filling. Her attention to detail and personalized approach to care truly set Dr. Paulina apart as a pediatric dentist who goes above and beyond. I am so glad we found Dr. Paulina. This review is long overdue! Our baby's pediatrician discovered a tongue tie on him 2 days post birth. I immediately did my research and saw Dr. Laura was an expert at performing the laser frenectomy on babies. Ofcourse a new parent and first time mom I was extremely nervous getting this done since my baby was so young. It was the best decision we could have done to have Dr. Laura perform this on our 2 week old. It was quick, gentle, and baby was able to latch on immediately after the treatment. Recovery was super quick. Our baby was just tired after the treatment, but maintained his appetite. We were given excercises to do with him for a couple weeks and went in for check ups during. It was a complete game changer for us and him!!! They sent us a handwritten card thanking us for trusting them to perform this service which was an extremely Kind gesture. My kids, 2 & 4 years old, had their first dentist appointment and their experiences were so great! Right from our entrance we were greeted happily by the staff who made my kids feel so important. The dental assistants who did the cleaning and pictures were so patient with both of my kids; making sure their dolls and stuffed pups had clean teeth as well. Dr Nguyen-Lorenzo was just as great with the kids and gave me and my husband wonderful tips in maintaining our kiddos chompers! Overall, a wonderful family experience for everyone. read more

We've been coming to All Kids Dentistry for about 2 years. We switched from a dentist in Porter Ranch. My daughter has had some cavities and had to come back a couple times because the fillings fell out. Finally we put a crown. It is extremely difficult to get a 5 year old to cooperate and sit still with their mouth wide open for procedures. It was no easier for my daughter. Dr. Greenwald is very patient with her, is very experienced in dealing with kids. Her staff is too. She has been generous at times, like when my daughter couldn't finish the procedure because she started panicking and crying even though they had given her the nitrous gas. Dr. Greenwald understood and didn't charge me for the gas when she could've. Its things like this that make us happy with the services here. Everyone is sympathetic, experienced and flexible. We are much happier here and so are my kids. read more

We had a "Code Red Emergency" on a Thursday night! My 4 year old jumped off his bed onto his two year old brother's head. The outcome was that his two front teeth were knocked from their roots/gums. We were able to get ahold of Dr.Laura that night (9Pm) and she talked us through it! She was absolutely amazing!!!! She took us in the next morning, the staff at All Kids Dentistry are absolutely amazing, took all of our worries away. Our son ended up needing both his front teeth extracted. Everyone who works here is kind and caring! Dr. Laura diagnosed my two month old with a tongue tie after a pediatrician told me there wasn't one (though I knew something was wrong) and same day used a laser to correct it. The procedure was quick and they gave thorough aftercare instructions. We did the stretches diligently and it healed perfectly within a month. The check ups were quick and honestly we can't say enough good things. I'm thrilled we found our pediatric dentist so early! 10/10 recommend! read more

This office sent me a past due notice bill which is the FIRST I was informed of any bill owed to this office. I work in civil service & have excellent dental insurance. Why any bill is owed for an annual dental exam is suspicious. There are alleged x-rays taken for a particular tooth that is not covered by my excellent dental insurance. The worst part is receiving the FIRST notice of this bill in the mail & it says PAST DUE. Dr. Laura has the nerve to charge me a $25.00 late fee. More insulting it that the bill is NOT itemized so I it is purposefully confusing to a new patient. I do not recommend this dentist unless you have unlimited funds & understand ALL the ins & outs of dental insurance billing. read more

We just had the most incredible experience here! My son is highly sensitive (both my children have oral sensitivities) and has had the most traumatic dental experiences. It takes a special individual in that profession to understand the oral sensitivities, anxiety, etc. and every person here was wonderful. The receptionist, hygentist, dentist, and even billing staff were all so friendly and welcoming. The night before, I even received a phone call from the dentist himself asking if I had any questions or concerns prior to the appointment so I didn't have to discuss any concerns in front of my kids that might make them uncomfortable. Once there for our appointment, they were gentle, asked questions, gave thorough explanation in kid friendly words and only moved forward once getting approval from me and each of my kids. The staff sought to understand my children's' needs and even my own apprehensions. They allowed plenty of time so we weren't rushed through. They gave the kids a certificate of accomplishment and good cleaning at the end, a couple simple toys and chapstick to help their lips after being open and dry. Very impressed! Just watched Dr Laura (with Kayla's help) do 4 fillings on my 5 year old...and this place is so so good with kids! The way they talk to them, calm them down, use fun words and descriptors for the various tools and processes they use...And super speedy...bc if they don't work quickly they won't be able to get it done with a 5 year old.
