Terrible customer service. Derek quoted me an auto and seperate renters policy. I told him i wanted the auto only, but he put the renters through as well. I told him to stop it as i never said to go ahead with it. He apologized and said he would cancel it. In fact they also took money from my account for it. And, when i called him to let him know that he got defensive and said it was my fault for asking for a quote for it. What?! Buyer beware go somewhere else! read more

It's not hard to just be nice and show customer service but somehow she comes off as entitled or thinking she is better than others. It's just insurance it shouldn't be this hard to deal with her. She couldn't understand simple questions when I asked how to get aces to my own account during a separation. And refused me access. Eventually I found out by another State Farm location there were plenty of things she could have done. Who knows if she knows what she is doing or that she could have. Dealing with her having an attitude or not understanding what you are asking. My soon to be ex said she was always a bitch in every interaction with her. Needless to say my soon to be ex didn't pay our insurance as agreed to while we were separated and now I have to deal with non payment on auto insurance. And some how it's my fault for him changing the passwords and address with her as he was the main account holder but I'm not allowed to get access to the account but still my fault for not calling. Even though I did and she said I couldn't kick him off his own account. After asking how can I make sure the payment is made on a separate account or separate access. I'm filling a report with the Missouri Department of commerce and insurance. Go with someone who is more experienced.

I couldn't be happier with the job they've done and the advice they've provided. I can send an email any day of the week and know I'll receive a prompt response if I have a question about anything related to my business or personal taxes. I receive reminders about things like quarterly filings and other tax matters that otherwise I'd be fairly clueless about. Trust me on this: I'm very good at running my small corporation and it's very successful, but I suck at doing taxes. Fortunately, R&A make me look like I really know what I'm doing when tax time rolls around. This is the way it should be. Of all of the service providers I've dealt with in Lawrence in 30 years of living here I'd have to rank R&A among the very highest.
