I recently hired All Gutter Systems in Grandville, Michigan, to repair a small section of gutter and downspout on the front of my home near the garage. The repair itself was simple--requiring roughly 10-14 feet of material, a few screws, and basic hardware. The work appeared satisfactory at first, and I paid the invoice in full the same day. Unfortunately, the experience that followed has been extremely disappointing. The day after the repair, my son parked in the driveway and discovered a handful of screws--about a dozen--scattered directly where the repair vehicle had been parked. He collected them and brought them to me, and I immediately warned my family to check their tires for any potential damage. Shortly after, my son's girlfriend found a screw in her left rear tire. The screw was located in the sidewall, making the tire unrepairable and forcing her to buy a new one. A day later, I personally found another dozen screws scattered near the end of the driveway and along the edge of the road, confirming that they had been dropped by the repair technician from All Gutter Systems. I contacted the company to report the incident, and to their credit, they initially reimbursed us for the cost of the one damaged tire. However, the issue did not end there. A few days later, I found yet another screw lodged in the sidewall of the rear tire on my own vehicle. Because my car is all-wheel drive, I was advised that all four tires should be replaced to prevent drivetrain issues--costing me nearly $400. I immediately contacted the company again, explained what had happened, and spoke with the salesperson who told me he would relay the situation to the owner. I was later informed that the owner was unavailable due to a family wedding but would respond soon. It has now been several days, and despite multiple follow-up calls, I have received no response and no resolution. While accidents can happen, the real test of a company's integrity is how they handle them. In this case, All Gutter Systems started out well by acknowledging the first problem, but completely failed to follow through once it became clear that there was additional damage. The lack of communication and accountability has been frustrating and disappointing. Until they take responsibility and provide fair compensation for the damage caused by their technician's negligence, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. read more

The layout and installation was fine but this company needs to work on its customer business practices. When the crew showed up, they never came to the door to introduce themselves. Same when they left. Never asked us to come out and look at the job when it was completed. Then we were never contacted by the office or the sales rep to see if we were satisfied. They just went ahead and charged our credit card without our authorization. Not a good way to do business! Would not recommend them to a friend or neighbor. read more

Would highly recommend. Had 2 other quotes but AGS took lots of pictures and drawings to eliminate any guess work. Their price was average of the other quotes as well. Very detailed on what and how they were going to install the gutters and downspouts so I knew exactly what was to be expected. read more

All Gutter Systems has a team that says, "what they will do for you" including tailoring their proposal to you requests and unique needs, and then they "exceed expectations". Their sales person is competent in their products and the technical details of it and the industry. The execution team, in the office staff and field installations, continues the great experience by meeting your schedule needs and professionally installing the system(s). Lastly my lead installer (Wilson a veteran in his profession, once on site and familiar with my project, made suggestions on the aesthetic options I had available. I asked that he use all the recommendations he made, and after seeing the installed product and the system at work in the few first rain storms, I could not be more pleased with this gutter system and Team installing and standing behind it. read more

I was hoping to provide a positive review as my initial interaction with the sales person at AGS was good. However, when the service team took over things fell apart. I had to keep calling to get any information on when the work would be done. Finally a day was given and a promise to call specifics on the installation time. The day came and went with no call. I called at the end of the day and was told someone would call me back. The impression was given that this would be soon but no one called that evening. I contacted the sales person the next morning who assisted me in finding out that the install had been moved 5 days which did not work for me. I cancelled the work at that point. I operate multiple apartment complexes and work with several subcontractors. This company was a disaster. After getting a scheduled date over a month out after approval, they never showed. I called the office only to be told they never had us on the schedule, blamed it on the former employee who did the bid. They put me on the schedule for a week later only to cancel because the installer called in sick. They finally show up several days later to inform me they cant do the job. No where to park? and there is a tree in the way. None of this was ever discussed with me during the site visit. When I expressed my frustration with the gal on the phone, she said I was being rude. I tried to get her to understand my perspective, but that wasn't going to happen. In the end I told them we will not use them, ever. read more

It took a few weeks for an appointment, but the installation was great. The guy was super helpful and fast. He suggested down spouts to match our siding and they look great. We were so happy with the gutters on the house, we had them come back after we built our barn, and put gutters on that as well. Thanks Denny N. read more

Gutters installed in March. First good rain-poured right out over the gutters. Crew came out and blamed tree residue ( I have screens on them and when they sold them to me, no one said it would go right through. They saw the trees when they sold me the screens.) They cleaned them and said I "would not get them cleaned like this (free) again." Very unpleasant. Next good rain, still ran over. Multiple phone calls, few returned. Emails, etc. I was better off before the gutters as now a flood was pouring onto my new generator and washing out the ground around it. Calling the office you will always be told they are in a meeting and she'll let them know. They seldom if ever call back. Finally, another person was on my roof and noticed that the two long gutters along the front and sides of my house were dumping into a too small downspout, thus the overflow-not from tree residue. Months passed and no returned messages. They came out without telling me and installed a larger downspout. So I wasted time trying to call them only to be told finally that they had been there. And now the leak poured out of the new seam! More unreturned calls and emails. Finally someone came out and fixed it--6 months after installation!!! They had left some kind of flap when installing the new downspout. I know things can go wrong but the lack of communication and insolent attitude is not worth putting up with for any reason. I scheduled All Gutter Systems and it took a month to get on their schedule. On the day of service, they never showed. I called 2 days later and they said they couldn't get me in for another week. When I asked the service manager why he didn't call me, he said, "We did everything by the book". Worst customer service ever. I cancelled the job. If the quality is anything like the service, then I don't want to use them. read more

Company was unorganized, unreliable, & I had several issues with the work they performed. I was told numerous time that someone would call me or stop out and they didn't follow through unless I contacted them several times over. I constantly had to be on the phone with their office and kept getting the run around. I thought they would be far better based on the other reviews I've seen and the fact they've been around a while, but apparently not. read more
