But as of a recent experience is why I'd like to recommend this facility: Last weekend my vehicle automatically locked while my keys were in the ignition (Honda door lock system recall I wasn't aware of) on a Saturday night at 11pm, me of course outside the vehicle.. My phone, purse- everything still inside and my spare key being 40 miles away. I had to have a locksmith company come and assist and they charged me $216 to just pop the lock.... TWO HUNDRED AND SIXTEEN DOLLARS!!!! I'm in the process of moving and this was a financial burden I did not need.. I emailed a wonderful individual apart of the Jeff Warren State Farm team named Leigh and within hrs of my email they informed me that my car insurance policy will cover 100% of the fee with my road side assistance (didn't even need to satisfy a deductible!) I sent the email Monday morning and today is Thursday and my check for $216 just arrived. I am SO relieved they were able to help me when I'm already stressed enough with other expenses and I truly feel like they'll be there for me (knock on wood) should anything else happen to my vehicle. Be aware that he is a broker who does not work for YMCA, so once he was gone it was a few months before we discovered that our membership is not automatic. There are steps to go through that he either did not know about or did not bother to explain. Our fault for watching the wrong credit card. Eventually we figured it out and either canceled the service or signed up for Silver & Fit, another service that would get us our free gym membership.
