Leading up to the event, Kariym answered a ton of logistical questions for us. We needed to coordinate their load-in with the ceremony and service since everything was in the same location, so they were flexible with their timing and set up without disruption. Kariym got back to us immediately on these and other questions. The booth was humming all night. Kariym and Will were an amazing team -- Kariym was the outgoing, public face of the operation, but Will did something remarkable, which is that when people took photos but left their copies of the strips by the booth, he would find them during the party to make sure they got the photos! It really stood out to me as a mark of EXCEPTIONAL service and dedication. I'm so so glad we found Snap Bros -- we wound up with exactly what we wanted, which was physical copies of all of the photos, PLUS a digital archive / zip file in case anything happens to the originals.
