They were very respectful and set great expectations and provided very clear communication. On one Saturday they scheduled us to drive however there was a snow storm predicted. They called well in advance with notice and rescheduled on another day. One of the instructors, Dan, met with me directly to review my son's driving habits and provided great feedback on how to help boost his confidence and reinforce the rules of the road.

I'm proud to say that he recently finished his driving classes with Brian, and passed his test. Brian was very encouraging and helpful. He clearly cares very much about teaching people the correct way to drive. He goes above and beyond by teaching people more than what's actually needed to pass the test. I was very nervous to take my test here considering all of the previous negative reviews, but I am…read morehappy to say that I had a wonderful experience. My instructor Sue had a very calming and considerate presence. She was very pleasant to talk to throughout my test. I think many of the previous negative reviews are written by angry parents who are upset that their child didn't pass their driving test. These instructors have a very serious job, and if they do not follow the rules then they could be letting unsafe drivers have a license and putting other people in risk of serious danger. They shouldn't be passing people who do not demonstrate safe and legal driving skills. Make sure you have your proper paperwork (valid insurance/registration), your vehicle is in working condition, and that you actually take the time to read the "What Every Driver Must Know" and the "Driving Skills Test Study Guide" documents (both available online) and you will do just fine!

I started taking segment I classes about a few weeks ago. Immediately, when I walked in, I felt…read morewelcome, and Ms. Samantha and Mr. Moy were so chill. They host Kahoots, Jeopardy, and other fun games to make the sessions less monotonous and tedious. Ms. Samantha is very kind and helpful, and although people think Mr. Moy is rude, he actually does what he can to ensure that students are successful. It's when students are misbehaving and ignoring instructions that they're reprimanded. Overall, I enjoyed this experience and would love to come back for segment II.
