I gave them 5 stars because they dealt with problems at the dealership and got us a new battery at advanced auto. Because some things in the car had to be done at the dealership, collision veterans were always in contact with the dealership and us so that all went well. Unfortunately the dealership, while placing a new sensor board, fries our brand new battery and didn't tell collision veterans about it. Collision veterans were the professionals and were proactive with the battery issue. They are honest, professional and accountable. Love these people. Veteran owned and locals.

I stopped by Shane's shop to get an estimate and discussed my predicament. Shane agreed to get me right in AND do his best to have me ready within a couple of days. He had it ready when promised and had also replaced my radiator, but kept the total charge within $100 of his original estimate and gave me a 12-month, 12,000 mile warranty on the work.
