This business deserves accolades and we give Bobby our highest recommendation. My wife is looking around the house for what else we can powder coat!

They were available and responsive to our questions and concerns. In addition, they were very proud of their skills and enjoyed the project. We took our design to a few iron workers. Either we encounters companies not willing to do it, it was too expansive, or the company was out right difficult to work with. We were so trilled when they agreed to take on the project with this design. The gate came out way better than we expected. It is truly amazing and we get TONS of compliments on it.

I've attached photos and documentation for context, including the contract terms and my cancellation notice. Troy's reasoning is that we texted prior with questions but I've followed his contract which required email cancelation and not text. My experience has been extremely frustrating due to the lack of communication and failure to promptly return funds that I believe are owed.
