Me and my husband went in Monday to look for a new tank. Mine was having a malfunction. I explained the problem to the sweet lady behind the counter and she asked if I had my tank with me which I did not. She asked that I bring it back up there and she would fix it for me. The next day I brought it up there and she tried to fix it but couldn't so she passed it on to another gentleman that worked there and he fixed it. When I asked how much I owed he waved me off and said nothing! Sadly this morning when I tried to put juice in it the problem happened again. I have been shopping here since they opened at the mall. I may not be the "average" vaper, since I am in my 50's, but my money spends too. I walked in today to purchase juice and a new tank. Every time I buy a new tank, I ask for simple- easy to fill, no leaks. I have it for 4 to 6 months, walk in, and they no longer carry the coils, so I buy a new one. I have not been happy with the draw on my last one, so I wanted advice on something new. I explained that to the guy behind the counter- shortish, average build, a bit scruffy faced, non descript short hair. He led me to the new tank area, and then I said I would like something that they will be carrying coils for for a while.He said, "We always carry coils, we never tell a customer that we do not have coils, we find them, get them or whatever." Not in my experience, and I said so. He said, :Innovative Vapors is across the street.". I said I knew that. Then he said, "well if you are going to be rude, I do not need to serve you." He was correct. He does not need to serve me, EVER. Too bad he chose an "old" person who is computer literate to treat this way. read more

Me and my boyfriend went to American Vapor inside of the Brazos Mall in Lake Jackson, TX. We went to go look at the vape juice and maybe get some for our vape. When we walk up to the counter to ask one of the male employees about their juices. We asked for the descriptions of multiple juices to get an idea of what we wanted, and he said 3 words at a time and never made eye contact. It seemed really rude because we were trying to figure out what juice to get. He pretty much just named the juice names and didn't help at all. He had a very low cut was white with some facial hair, and was wearing a Hawaiian themed collar shirt. Don't talk to that one. Everyone else looked nice. We ended up getting blue razz limeade. We had really high hopes cause it tasted and smelled good but I put it in my tank and let it chill for more than 10 minutes. When I hit it after awhile it was like hitting a juice that has 24 mg nicotine. The throat hit hurts and the juice taste like shit, it's bitter. Nothing about this juice makes me happy, I wanna throw it away. I also specifically asked him if it should be steeped, he sluggishly said "nah I don't think so". I'm pretty sure it needs to steep. Shit service, shit juice, shit selection of vapes. I give this location and service a ONE STAR. read more
