All American Property Services originated from All American Cleaning, focusing on maintenance services for rental property owners. The company expanded significantly by acquiring the Roof Maxx dealership in Myrtle Beach, transitioning into a specialized roof maintenance provider. By 2025, it broadened its geographical reach, serving areas from Georgetown to Little River, including Conway, Loris, and Aynor. Today, it is recognized for its expertise in roof restoration and maintenance, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and quality service, with plans for further expansion in the property maintenance industry.

Meet the Business Owner: Timothy M.

I have years of experience in property management and home improvements. Before moving here in 2016, I worked as a field manager for Renewal by Andersen and prior to that, I was with Total Basement Solutions—both of which are outstanding American-made products and companies. Upon arriving here, I started with a local home improvement company and later co-founded All American Cleaning with my wife. Since 2022, I have been the owner and General Manager of All American Property Services, doing business as Roof Maxx of Myrtle Beach. Roof maintenance is often overlooked by homeowners, but regular yearly maintenance can prevent most leaks, shingle blow-offs, cracks, and more. Our approach to annual roof maintenance ensures the maximum lifespan for your shingles. I have always believed in taking proactive steps to achieve the best results.
