This place was great to help us get some clothes washed after a canceled flight. We used a washer with powder soap included, followed by a 25 minute dry, all for 14 euros. The dry didn't completely dry the thicker socks and thick waistbands like I would have preferred, but overall was a great experience and the man working there was nice and helpful and didn't seem to mind that we went for short walks while waiting for the cycles to run as long as we were back by the time it ended. I think there were 8 large washing machines and 4 dryers, all Miele brand. The quick wash was about 31 minutes. Payment was easy using a credit card. read more

Arrived to wash 2-3 loads of clothing during our month long trip. It was Saturday about 3:00. There was one walk-in person washing and drying their clothing. No issue there. However, ALL the other washers and dryers were being using by the employees! I understand they have business they must conduct (they will wash your clothes for you, if you wish), however they should leave at least 1 washer and dryer open for walk-in customers. If we left our clothes to be washed, they wouldn't get our clean clothes back to us until mid-morning on Monday. That didn't work since we were departing early morning Monday. read more

As a traveler it's refreshing to have a laundry service that is run well and doesn't charge an arm and a leg for service. I've been to this business twice. You're given An option to have your clothes serviced by staff or yourself. There is a minimal price difference but a larger time difference. If you're not in a rush the staff will wash, dry and fold your laundry by days end. If your time is tight you can load a washer and time the cycle until it's done. Put your clothes in a dryer then wait for them to dry. Easy. Staff is delightful and very helpful. I rather do my own so I came back after a 35-45 minute wash and then came back after the 45-55 minute dry cycle. I just shopped and had lunch in between cycles. It was very convenient and well managed. Other travelers were taking advantage of their services too. Highly recommend this gem. read more

After reading other laundries near St Stephens green unpredictable , we choice American. We dropped off 2 loads- one dark and one light at about 10:15 am on a friday and picked up at 3pm. They usually wash at 40c but we wanted done in cold. Clothes nicely clean with no lasting fragrance - that is good- fluffed and folded - no wrinkles. Price 15e /load if you do or 16e if they do. They also do luggage storage. Not open on Sundays. Really nice people. I'd use again. read more

Decided to get clothes washed on a Sunday. Most are closed Sunday's so I cabbed it over to this one. 10.50euro for a bag of clothes one load. I had some socks but told the guy to go ahead and mix it. He said two hours and I left to explore that area. Came back 2-1/2 hours later and they were done and in a bag. Folded and clean. Only issue is they don't have a nice smell. Maybe this costs extra. The guy didn't tell me so now I have to deal with a dryer kind of burnt smell. Still better than doing it myself and wasting two hours. Will just use some spray to get that clean smell. Definitely recommend the place although yes the guy didn't look like he wanted to be there but then who does want to work. lol read more

Too easy! A nice option for travelers. We stayed at a hotel near Christ Church and walked here in 5 minutes with a load of laundry. They charged €10.50 to wash and dry one load. The socks were paired and folded. We asked for all cold water and low dryer temp. It was ready in a couple hours and just as promised. Located near fade street, its actually up a couple blocks past arcade alley, on same side. Next to the (Hogan?) restaurant. Its called all american due to the washers have water extractors. 15 years ago you had to use a 2nd machine to extract the water. AKA. American washers have spin cycles to drain the water. Also, get there early in the morning if you need to wait, or drop off and you should be able to get same day. Friendly people, I waited and did mine, cost was about 8 euro per load. read more

Just finished doing 3 loads of laundry there. The gentleman working there was very nice and professional. He was super busy dealing with drop offs. We chose to do self laundry. He made room and let us use 2 of the washing machines despite how busy he was. The machines were clean and looked somewhat new. The end result isn't the same as doing it myself back in the states, but for being 5,000 miles away from home, it was well worth it. Best of all, it was only 23 Euros. It's an easy, inexpensive way to get cleaned up. I went in based on other Yelp reviews and found it to be a great bargain. 9 Euro to get a large load washed and dried, while I intended to do it self-serve the gentleman working helped me get detergent and then started the wash for me. He then explained how long it would take to wash and I went a few doors down and got coffee, when I returned he again helped with the dryer and I was out the door 20 minutes later. While it's a bit small and could use a few folding tables it fit my needs for only 9 Euro. read more

Get there early and drop your clothes off to be washed and dried. It only took us an hour to get our clothes back and cost just 8.50 euros. You'll feel so much better wearing clean clothes again after a week or so of traveling! I was expecting to do the wash and dry myself, but there is an attendant there who will do it for you. Going by the name I expected it to be more like and Laundry back in the States but it wasn't. In the States they charge you by the weight, here by how many machines you use. That might be good if you only have color or white. I only had a handful of white clothes so paying 10.50 euros was a bit much. We were visiting Dublin and were in need of a mid-holiday laundry service. We were staying within walking distance to this business and while some of the Yelp reviews concerned me, I decided to try it anyway. The drop off of three laundry bags was easy and I was told they would be done by 3:00. When I went to pick them up the woman behind the counter went back to find my bags. She was taking a very long time and I began recalling reviews that stated some people's laundry had missing pieces or disappeared all together. I was getting nervous so I went over to describe the color and size of the bags to help her out. She immediately pointed to the front door and told me to go stand over there. This was an obvious move to keep me from noticing her incompetence. Finally a man working there looked up something on the computer and called out some numbers where the bags were located. They were finally found and I promptly paid (cash only) and left. All items were accounted for, however some of them were still damp. I unfolded them and laid them on the bed to dry. Overall I achieved my goal of getting our laundry done but I was not impressed at all with the service at this place. read more

This laundrette is fantastic especially the service! It is a family run business and the staff are really nice. I went in there with my dirty washing and the end results were great! The prices are good as well, there are many offers depending what you want cleaned. I also got a zip fixed for my dress, it was an impossible task because the dress was vintage itself, but the lady who works there did her wonders and managed to fix it for me perfectly. You receive excellent customer service and you feel very valued. Value for money and value for service, this place gets top mark! read more

This place stole my clothes. No joke. We dropped it off and paid extra for them to do drop off service at our hotel which was less then five minutes away and BOOM! Gone. All of our clothes vanished. I am now on my honeymoon with zero clothes. If you want to get rid of your clothes and do not have a Salvation Army or thrift store then this is your place! They will take your stuff.
