I've seen lots of inspection reports. Some are easy to read and some are...well hand written. Glenn emailed the report and summary with clear pictures and a detailed description for each issue that he found. My customers have no problem understanding what the issues are with the house and if they have any questions he encourages them to call him. If needed, Glenn will video tape the "needs attention" things. Uut of state buyers need not worry if they can't be at the inspection. A double bonus is he offers Wifi when he inspects the house!!
