I was currently a student drive here they never had drive time the owner is very in professional and extremely rude. They also demanded I pay more money when they are the ones who always canceled on me. Even when the office lady tried to help the owner just wanted more money. I believe there place was also flooded and never repaired and the owner so it smells bad and the vehicles never get fixed unless the really half to. DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!! read more

The S. SHAVER location has the worst customer service in the office and also when trying to contact the manager he never calls back to answer or resolve any questions. The instructors have no personality and the office waiting area is extremely hot and uncomfortable while you are sitting there waiting on your appointment that isn't even worth setting because you still sit and wait more than an hour and a half past your scheduled time. I signed up for this class as soon as covid hit. It got switched to online in the middle of the course and it was hard to get updates from them after that. It has taken me months to complete 7 drive times because they don't get back with me soon enough. The receptionist is rude and disrespectful. I highly do not recommend this driving school. The owner isn't helpful at all and does nothing to solve any problems. NEVER again!! $300 down the drain. read more

WORST DRIVING SCHOOL EVER! I literally never write reviews, even if the place is bad but this location is terrible. First of all the customer service is extremely bad, they just want money & thats all they care about. Lady in the front desk said they pass everybody because they just want the money. Said this in front of customers which I find very unprofessional. Owner is a liar & has no customer service. Save your money & go somewhere else. Horrible as a school & for road tests. If I could give less than a star I would. This place has only one good instructor for the class and book work (Mr.J) Driving instructor on weekend only drives you around and says nothing doesn't instruct on any of what he is supposed to and gets his phone and falls asleep. The supervisor is rude and so disrespectful and expects respect when she speaks but when others speak she talks over them . I've had to wait 10-15 min when the policy is 5 min and the driving time begins . I got there 10 min late and told me I had to pay because I was late and I didn't get a phone call .anytime I am there I've watched them call the other student and ask where they are .i received none of that .they only do rules when they feel like it and it's a waste you learn literally nothing in this school.I recommend finding a better place. read more

This is fine place to get your permit or driver licenses. The driver instructor is fairly nice but sometimes talks a lot. All in all they make it the course easy and fun. read more

I've had to call them several times to schedule my son's 1st actual drive a month AFTER completing the course when I keep getting promised to be called. (And I paid for everything at once up front) A complete month after completing the class with permit he's finally getting his first drive!! Can't speak for the professionalism of the actual instructors; but the office staff even told me my number was no good, the same one I keep calling them from mind you. I scheduled this class intentionally for the beginning of June so he'd be driving well BEFORE school starts. Why, cause as a single parent with him in ROTC means no time after school for it. With him finishing his class on June 30th and a promise to be called in 2 weeks to schedule his drive we go on our way; then I call when after 2 weeks nothing just to have the staff promise the owners will get back to me to schedule him. Fast forward another week later no call still......now I'm wondering if I'll have to call them every week to schedule him one day for the following week like I just did! Don't bother leaving a message either, they NEVER return them! So he finished his class June 30th & I had to argue to get his very 1st drive date of July 30th!! read more

Hi, My 16 year old received his permit here back in April 2018 after sitting in the 8 week course from 4 to 6 pm weekdays and he said it was ok. How exciting can driving school be right? They have never been rude to me or my son. The only 2 things is the on the road driving instruction after the permit is received is weekends only and maybe some Fridays. They do a good job at calling and keeping up with the student once the classes are complete and him going to the DPS with the required docs and receiving his permit and being put on the schedule for the on the road and observation time also required. I also think if a student has perfect attendance and miss one class they should receive a makeup class for FREE at least one time not $10. The location is tough with over 4 or 5 businesses in the same plaza. With summer it can be tough during the school year especially if they have tutoring after sometime it can be challenging. . I would recommend this school. Otherwise you could just wait until your child is 18 and by pass all the things above lol. read more
