Randy is fantastic. On a holiday weekend 9/1/24 at 2am with my husband dying in the hospital and my mother in law has me arrested all b/c I started hospice care on 8/31/24. I called yesterday to bail a friend out. This was my first time ever doing this and don't know the process etc. I texted the required information and gave a call back after 15 min to see what else was needed, obtain pricing, and touch bases. The man on the phone was extremely rude with his attitude and tone of voice. He told me that it was Friday night, he was busy, and that I had just sent him the information. Like I said his tone of voice and attitude was extremely rude. Being a first time customer and never bonding someone out before I didn't realize how the process worked or how long I should have waited prior to calling back. Even though he was rude I apologized for "rushing" him and waited patiently for a call back. 20 hours later and I still didn't receive a call so I sent him a text letting him know I was upset with his customer service and the fact that he didn't call me back which I'm assuming is due to me "rushing" him. I also let him know I would be posting a review. I got a reply back stating he called me, which he did not. ( I double checked call log ad voicemail). He also let me know lying on a review would be slanderous.. which came off as a threat to me and then at the point let me know he could still help me if needed. I say 1 star because my initial interaction with this company was horrible, I was treated poorly on the phone, then I was ignored, and lastly threatened about being slanderous for posting an honest review. I would stay away from this company and go elsewhere if this is how they treat potential clients. read more

Randy Riggan of All Access is my Castle Rock's go to bondsman. He resolved a stressful situation when a family member surprised us with his lack of attention to letters in the mail. Everyone did their duty to exercise justice. But, between Randy, the bank manager at U.S. Bank and the towing service of Westside, my brother was on his way back home by end on day. I can't really describe all that Randy had to do, but I know he achieved the results I needed. He prioritized the my brother's needs first. He trusted me and I appreciated that. I was 1,000 miles away on the phone and I needed a good man. He was that. The towing service closed at 5 pm and my brother had to hike several miles to retrieve his impounded truck. They stayed open until he arrived at 5:15pm. He was on his way back home. They must be a lesson learned here someplace. Thanks to the good people of Castle Rock for helping me. I would start and end with Randy; no other bondsman. My brother only saw the rock during the day. read more
