Long fluid strokes and very smooth transitions. I was hoping she'd spend more time on my back cause the extremities doesn't really do it for me. Seemed a little short after a full 30-40 minutes of everything else but it was good and relaxing. Also wish she didn't talk to me so much but the staff was friendly and super nice!! I don't know if all my kinks are kneaded out but it was definitely relaxing!

The stylist that did my hair was in way too much of a rush. She ripped out my hair because she…read morecombed it so fast/vigorously. I told her that I couldn't decide between two colors for my highlights, expecting her to offer her 'expert' opinion and instead she told that I'd better hurry up and decide because she wasn't going to wait all day. When she was coloring my hair, she spilled some of it on my shirt. When she noticed, she attempted to rectify my ruined shirt by squirting some water on me. Boo! It wasn't like I was late or she had other appointments to attend to because afterwards, she told me that my eyebrows looked really bad and would look so much better if she could wax them. Seriously. I got them waxed and she did a pretty good job on that so I upped their one star to two.
