I ordered a floral arrangement called pink and pearly pleasures for Mother's Day. It was poorly arranged to say the least. Flowers just stuck in a cheap vase. Cheaper vase was used than in picture. Absolutely no tulips included as described in content. The snap dragons were broken in half. I taped them to stand upright. Ribbon was not "woven" as pictured or described, but instead a poorly tied bow. Roses smelled nice, but were red- not pink. For the $94 dollars, it was a total waste of money. Could have bought $25 grocery store flowers that would have looked better. Extremely disappointed. read more

Unlike many florist shops in the Butler area this florist actually answers her phone! Hallelujah! Prices seem reasonable considering that we are dealing with ridiculous inflation and I am ordering flowers for Mother's Day for my MIL. Despite this being the busiest floral holiday of the year, I have been assured that my flowers will be delivered tomorrow (Saturday). My MIL is a bit particular about her floral bouquets, she likes them big and bright with a lot of flowers. We are looking forward to what she has to say about this one when it arrives. Hopefully this will be our go to florist in the future. I will give an update on that this weekend. If she's happy I'll be back with an extra star for this floral shop. So far, so good! read more

i'm sad to say I would not recommend this business to anybody. I spent almost 2 years planning my wedding with Jeff, I hired AAR to decorate & supply florals. Before my wedding one of the team members sent me a sneak peek photo of my bouquet, there were red roses in my bouquet that I did not ask for & it resembled nothing to the reference picture I provided. They ended up fixing my bouquet after arguing with one of the team members about the color of the roses. But after asking them 2 separate times to remove all red roses, I somehow still ended up with red roses in almost all of the boutonnières on my wedding day that I had to sit & pluck out. ( mind you I asked for dried flower/pampas grass & they were all red & white roses with a small amount of greenery ) & then the decorations.. Again nothing about it resembled what we had discussed, I was genuinely just so confused by everything & didn't want to ruin my day so I made the decision not to speak up & say anything & I completely recognize that's my fault. And don't get me wrong, the decorations were pretty, just not what we had talked about. & on top of everything else, Jeff asked to purchase a $110 sign I had bought from Etsy after the wedding. Their team packed it up at the end of the night. Two weeks after the wedding I realized I never received payment for it. I emailed Jeff, he said he would only give me $50 for it which I wasn't happy about but me & my husband live an hour away so I decided to cut my loses, Jeff said it would be in the mail same day. t's been over a month now & I still have yet to see payment for it.. & I'm not posting this hoping for any sort of reimbursement, that's not what I want at all. Just throwing it out there for any brides considering hiring this company. Save your money for someone who will listen to you. read more
