I made an appointment via the online website and paid $50 as a down payment. I made my appointment for a specific day and time. The tattoo artist texted me the day of, asking what I wanted so we discussed the piece and he said he could do that. However, he said something came up and that he had to post pone. I understand things happen, and that is fine, we are human. However, he proceeds to say that he has something ELSE is going on and that he is "busy" and asks if I can do the tattoo later in the day (when I made my appointment earlier) I say, no, sorry, I have to get back with you on that because I am not available at this time, because I was only available earlier, at the time I booked the appointment.. Super unprofessional, and lack of proper communication. In addition, I also tried to email the shop (twice) with no response. So, either the website is down, or they're ignoring messages. I never received my $50 back, nor did I ever receive proper communication and accommodation to fix the issue. Very frustrated, I will not be back to this shop. read more

Dayton wheeler: The tattoo shop is a very cool environment. I love going here to hangout and socialize but when we get into tattooing, I'd suggest going to a different shop. The customer service is terrible, you'll schedule an apt or make a deal... trade lol and it won't get done for five plus months. The computer in the back of the shop that Dayton uses to watch movies and play games on was a trade (1500$ gaming computer) for 15 plus hours of tattooing, we made this deal in October of 2024, it took Dayton over a month to complete one tattoo. It's been five months and I haven't got an apt for another one. Everytime I schedule an apt it gets cancelled or rebooked. If you do go here for your tattoos, don't get tattoos by Dayton. He takes five plus hours to prep for a tattoo and quite frankly it's not even worth it. No promises he's sober also. Ps. My tattoos still aren't done or even started. read more

Nice studio but a little mis-managed. I was getting both a tattoo and piercing, however no one was prepared when I arrived. One girl (super sweet) was moving all the paint bottles around in a carousel and the energy was a bit chaotic. However, they got it together quickly, and the work came out well! read more

Original artist had to cancel at last minute due to some unfortunate personal reasons and Eric stepped up even though was 3 and was going to be about 4 hours. He did a great job did not take four hours and listened to some great music too...im very happy and I have referred a few already and will continue to...I love the colors most of all read more

Got my first tattoo here! Went in with a design I had drawn without an appointment. Had to wait about an hour and a half but I didn't mind. Just gave me more time to freak out a little bit lol. Jibri did my tattoo and he was super cool. I liked his energy a lot and he hyped me up. He said "we're gonna make the cutest tattoo ever!" And complimented my design. That felt good. Literally about 5 mins in I started to get super lightheaded. I ate and everything before but I pass out very easily and nearly did. It didn't hurt that bad so I'm not sure why. But he was understanding and didn't make me feel bad. After about 5 mins we got back to it- I asked if I could lay down rather than sit up in the chair and it helped a lot. We talked about only doing part of the design because we weren't sure if I could get through the whole thing but we ended up finishing it. Once I laid down I was completely fine. So weird. Sorry dude if you read this I don't know why that happened I took all the precautions I promise My favorite part was that Jibri added/changed things without me asking. He added white ink and changed thickness of some of the lines and added shading and I feel like it made it SO much better. I liked that he took that initiative and did what he thought would really add to the tattoo. That's a good artist in my opinion. Anyway I really enjoyed the experience and love my tattoo! I'll definitely stick with this shop. I plan to have a ton of tattoos and I'll be getting them all there! Funny thing, when I was trying to not pass out I was thinking to myself "this is the first and last tattoo I'll ever get", well that changed very quickly! Terrible service. Scheduled almost a month in advance and the artist forgot he had a birthday for his kids. Then he proceeded to reschedule me for the next day and all of a sudden had strep throat. So I continued to stay patient and he sends me to someone else that he said could do it and that guy said he couldn't do my tattoo. Completely unorganized and immature artists. Literally ridiculous. Yes getting my deposit back was the easiest and best part of this whole process! Would not recommend. read more

I LOVE the vibe of this tattoo parlor; they make you feel comfortable and not awkward. I highly recommend Anthony, especially if you want some floral work done, then he's your guy that you want to see! After my first tattoo appointment with him, I knew he would be my artist because of how we got along right off the bat, and his line work is amazing! (I've been to multiple parlors trying to find someone who can do good linework.) I'm so happy I found him! I plan on having him do all my tattoos in the future. :) I've gotten my first few tattoos at bulletproof, and the atmosphere there is absolutely shit. From the moment I walked in, the dude at the front desk was moping around and being real short with me, making me feel hella uncomfortable. And when I would try to explain what I wanted done, the guy treated me as if I was an idiot and had no idea about tattoos. Lol, once they got me in the chair, the dude wouldn't talk to me, and when I tried saying anything to spark a convo he would literally not even say 2 words to me. So the whole time we sat there in dead silence. No music or anything. Long story short... A tattoo parlor shouldn't be like that! That is why I LOVE all about it tattoo parlor!! it's a total night and day difference from the way bulletproof treated me. So, if you are going through what I experienced.. Make the switch!! Would definitely recommend this place for any tattoo needs! The quality and thought of the staff is always a great way to start off a tattoo session! My favorite artist to work with, and bounce ideas off of is Juan. Juan is an amazing artist and was able to match cursive writing I had on my other wrist to my new tattoos, and his shading is outstanding. He works with ideas you have and adds such creative touches that you might not have ever thought about! He is so laid back and makes you feel comfortable about any questions you might have, or any concerns, if it's your first tattoo. The work on my arm is all his and he is able to make things pop with white ink added into the details and shading! Juan is amazing with writing and simple tattoos as well as in depth shading and larger pieces. He fixed an old tattoo of mine as well, (not his work) that I hated and made it something I love again and that's an amazing feeling! Starting off. The shop sign at the entry clearly states "$150.00 per hour, NOT UP FOR DEBAT"! So, I arrive at 3pm, for my appointment and 2 hours into my tattoo session, David stated, "I do not charge by the hour'. At that point we were 90% done with my tattoo. The tattoo took approximant 2 and 1/2 hours. Therefore, I was expecting to pay $350.00ish dollars plus a tip. However, David insisted that I pay $500.00, because he doesn't feel like he should follow the shops protocol and charge by the hour. I was completely caught off guard and forced to pay the $500.00 he demanded. He then promised a touch up appointment bc he clearly left out the detail in my tattoo that was necessary to achieve my requested piece. He asked that I schedule my appointment within 30 days, therefore I did. I drove from Seattle, WA to Spokane WA. Upon arrival, for my touchup, David literally only took 30 minutes to quickly touchup my tattoo and told me it was my fault that I didn't schedule enough time to complete the touch up, when I simply made the appointment with the person who answered the phone. David, had HORRIBE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! He ate while doing my touch up and burped and was completely unprofessional. OVERALL, this -1 review, is strictly for DAVID. I wish I could comment on the work and end result but the truth is we cannot. My wife and I called before Christmas to make an appointment for our niece to have a helix done. This was her Christmas present. Our appointment was for 1:30pm on the 27th. We made the effort to make sure that her age (14) and type of piercing (cartilage) was not an issue. The man who took our information assured us neither was a problem. We just received a call at 12:10pm the 27th stating that the piercer was sick, which is totally understandable. However my complaint is with the attitude and professionalism of the Woman they have making the phone calls. She offered to see if any other piercer was coming in, then when we told her that would be great since it was a gift, she became rude and said that they don't do cartilage piercings on 14 year olds. Her tone was completely unacceptable and told us we could find several other places to go. A good business should ensure all employees know the policies and be able to relay that to the customer, especially when the customer asks about them. We're sorry that trying to patronize your business is such an inconvenience and we will gladly take our money elsewhere. read more

I wouldn't ever suggest this shop. The work advertised is not what you get, at least from Kris Thomas. Understand if you are quoted one price that can change even if you confirm it is the final quote during your consultation. The owner is completely unprofessional and could give a care less that his artists are making multiple clients extremely unhappy and refuses to do anything, even just a simple apology. My husband placed a review and was messaged with a recourse of submitting false reviews to his work. Wouldn't ever expect a business owner to act this way. Very disappointed in the shop as a whole. 10/10 would never reccomend. read more
