I have worked with Joe and Nick Boscia for several years and regret my decision. Overpromised and…read moreunderdelivered. My sales taxes were consistently paid late, and I had to personally pay the accrued fines which were usually around $600 because I wouldn't find out until I received a government notice. Bookkeeping was not detailed and consistently late. When I asked for reports like P&L I was constantly ignored. There were many other issues but the main reason I'm writing this review is because after 20 months they are still trying to locate my 2021 tax returns. Joe has been non-communicative and Nick has just brushed me off by forwarding the IRS's phone number. Joe finally contacted me last week and said that it was MY mistake and that the IRS had deposited $20,000 into my corporate bank account in 2022. I knew this wasn't true because I closed that bank account at the end of 2021 when I closed my business. They tried to back up this claim with bogus internal reports. Then out of nowhere, Joe told me to meet him in person to pick up a $20,000 check. I guess they noticed their negligence. I emailed Joe back to confirm and didn't hear from him for two days. When I wrote back to see what was going on, Joe changed his tune and said the IRS was still working on my 2021 return. I let them know that this was an unacceptable answer given everything they tried to pull on me before and Joe began to insult and gaslight me saying things like "learn how to read", "this is the first time I'm hearing about all this", "I think you're scared of me" and "I am the boss. I am in control" among other insults that I have screenshotted. Boscia and Boscia were fully paid for their services. I pay for an accountant to keep the IRS away, but Boscia & Boscia wants me to contact the IRS myself. They'll claim that the IRS is backed up and still processing the refund. However, the level of neglect, accountability, and unprofessionalism was enough for me to write this review. Just know what you're getting yourself into with this company. I will continue to update this review.

It is with great confidence and appreciation that I write this letter of recommendation for James…read morePissott, Jr. ,who has distinguished themselves as a highly capable and dedicated public adjuster, particularly in the specialized area of Additional Living Expenses (ALE) claims. Throughout our professional relationship, I have observed Jim consistently demonstrate a deep understanding of ALE coverage, policy interpretation, and documentation requirements. Their attention to detail in evaluating temporary housing costs, relocation expenses, and ancillary living adjustments to ensure my family received the full benefits to which we were entitled. Knowing he was on my side gave us a piece of mind that we would be able to recover from a home devastating disaster, while being able to live through construction and recovery without burdening our family or friends, and ensuring that we received the service from our insurance carrier that we were entitled to and paid for. What sets Jim apart is not only their technical expertise, but their empathy and advocacy for clients who are often navigating significant personal disruption and emotional stress. Whether calculating the fair market rental value of our home or helping us negotiating interim housing reimbursements, his counsel provided us professionalism, fairness, and unwavering dedication. In my case and in others I have observed from friends and family, Jim has successfully recovered substantial ALE benefits that may have otherwise gone unclaimed or underpaid due to insurance carrier oversight or ambiguity. Their communication skills, both with clients and insurance representatives, are exemplary and foster trust and transparency throughout the claims process. I wholeheartedly recommend Jim Pissott for anyone who requires a seasoned and trustworthy expert in property insurance claims--particularly those involving Additional Living Expenses. Their integrity, knowledge, and client-focused approach make them an invaluable asset to any team or policyholder they serve.

She is on it on it on it! Excellent communication, they let me know when they contacted my attorney and when they hadn't got a response back they again let me know so that I could call and pester him so that I could get the money asap. As for the rates? I searched around for an entire week and found no one with better rates. While it is more costly to get money this way they don't try and take advantage of you for being in need. They are friendly and helpful and upfront when you ask questions. I think they are truly in a league of their own. So thank you Marjie and everyone else who helped to get me the money I needed to keep from losing everything I've worked so hard to not lose since my accident.
