They acted like they were doing me a favor taking my payments because they were`nt my `agent`. They ALWAYS acted bothered especially The older woman who seems to not be there any more and the VERY SNOTTY younger man who sits at the rear right side desk and is still there. I felt like I`d have to defend myself every time I went there and I dreaded it every month. When I was there the other day they took my payment but refused to give me a receipt because all of a sudden they can`t give a receipt because they weren`t my agent ! This after giving me receipts for 2 years! The new agent i work with now said that was not true and I should have been given a receipt as i always had. I always felt my `ears burning` when i left that office. Nasty people!
