Their return policy is dishonest and unkind…read more First, they only allow a return 14 days after the ORDER, not after arrival - the hallmark of a bad company. Then, they took their time sending it to me. By the time I finally got the part, I had lost my watch that I loved so much, and had for 30 years. I told them that and asked for their kindness and understanding. They refused. Any good company would do better. Any real person would do better. The person who refused is named Anthony. I hope people hear this and don't go to Ric's. Thanks for listening.

My parents were very pleased as well. They dropped off a watch that my grandfather had gifted my mom many years ago. This was no ordinary watch and required that it be sent off to another craftsman. My parents gave permission for that to happen. There was some trouble encountered here resulting in the watch needing to be replaced. G&H went far above and beyond in rectifying this situation when they easily could have said sorry not our fault. My mom picked up her new watch today and loves it. It is very close to the original antique watch. Any business can encounter a problem it is all in how they handle it and David could not have done a better job!!! Even after this unfortunate incident I will still continue to use them as my preferred store and recommend them to anyone!

I offered it entire selection of rings, and I chose the particular model that I put in the picture just because I like the way it looked and it's so comfortable. I don't even know that I have it on. It seriously enhances my already gorgeous thumb! Because I have fat knuckles, I don't have to worry about it sliding off and losing it. Now I look hip and cool and I'm not wearing any fake jewelry. Heather.Maerten is committed to carrying beautiful jewelry and taking care of what she considers her wonderful clients of which I am one from intricate handmade silver to diamond jewelry. Heather was delightful as is Carolyn who assisted me in the purchase. It's nice to work with people who really know their craft and your dreams into reality. I enjoy working with people that are passionate about what they do and are just so absolutely honest. I am going to make Marrtens My jeweler for life. I highly recommend them.

You'll also find the typical thrift store fare (i.e. odds and ends), but overall a clean store with a pleasant atmosphere. Expect to pay a bit higher than thrift prices....but I'd say it's worth it. When I knew I was going to be coming to this area I did a search to see what was available store wise and planned out my day. This was my first stop of the day and I was a bit excited. I went in and was happy to see that they had a wide selection of items to pick over. Better than most thrift stores if you ask me. I thought that I was going to find a few things here and be on my way. Well...not so accurate. As one other reviewer put it, "absolutely insane prices." What they were charging for some items in here you could buy brand new in a chain store. It boggled my mind at where they thought they could charge that much for items that would probably be in the trash if not in this store. Needless to say, I didn't end up securing anything from here. I also have to concur that this place does have an aroma to it. Want to know something really odd? Like really, really odd? Right next door to it is basically an extension of it. A space that offers only furniture items. That is packed to the gills........but it is never open. I thought to myself that I would give it a go. I pull on the door and it doesn't open, even though it is lit up. And then you notice the sign that says you are on camera. Great, take a picture, but let me in, open this section up. Or, wait, maybe not, if the prices are the same as the main space, you probably won't find a bargain here.
