We had Freon leak on our AC system. I had 4 techs tried troubleshooting it but it was only…read moreJonathan gave us the most reasonable and permanent solution. In spite of his busy schedule, he squeezed ours the very next day which is Saturday. Had he not checked that there's still few days left in the evaporator warranty, it could have cost us more or even resort to replacing the whole system. He managed to get us a new evaporator for free from the manufacturer (Goodman), re-routed the new copper lines through the attic instead of going underground which is much better when it comes to troubleshooting any potential leak issue. Charged up with new compatible refrigerant. John is very thorough and knowledgeable as well. He clearly explained any questions I had. Not to mention that he is very responsive too, that makes him very reliable. Overall, we're very satisfied with his work. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND AIR PRO SERVICES.
