Dealing with them has been an absolute nightmare. They will go days or weeks without getting back to you, only to make you the bad guy later on. I established a settlement agreement with a representative from this firm less than a week before a scheduled trial (as that was when they decided to try contacting me to settle). Following that phone call and me signing the agreement, the firm went completely dark. They did not even bother to notify me that the court date had been canceled; I had to find out days later via a formal letter from the District Court itself, even after emailing them to confirm beforehand. Over the following weeks, I sent multiple proactive emails begging for explicit instructions on how, where, and when to securely submit my monthly payments. Every single inquiry was met with absolute silence. Yet, despite entirely ignoring my repeated attempts to hand them money, their automated systems miraculously found the compliance to generate and mail an aggressive "Payment Default" notice to my house. They attempted to blame me for a missed payment that was a direct result of their own total failure to provide a payment mechanism or respond to my emails. To make matters worse, their online payment website is highly deceptive. To even submit a payment, the portal forces consumers to check boxes certifying that the account is "not in dispute" and that you "have not requested verification." They essentially hold your ability to remain compliant hostage behind false checkboxes designed to legally shield themselves from their own lack of transparency. I finally received an apology and an actual copy of my account ledger when I cc'd the business email along with the personal emails of the specific attorneys assigned to my case (who, by the way, are the ones who have left multiple of my emails unanswered in the past). They immediately dumped the file onto a paralegal to clean up their mess. If you find yourself forced to deal with this firm, protect yourself immediately: document every single email, take screenshots of every payment page, and build a paper trail. They are completely unreachable when you are actively trying to cooperate, and they only find their communication skills when they are aggressively chasing your money. I truly feel sorry for any consumer who has to navigate their staggering lack of professionalism.

No response. It has been over two weeks now. Very disappointing. I am not one to complain or leave negative reviews however I am perplexed when her reviews seemed so positive. If she decided not to represent us based on whatever reason I wish she would have said something instead of ghosting us.

The contact at this firm was Kamran Aghili, and after being contacted by myself and the realtor several times, claimed that their firm wasn't handling that attorney's former clients and suggested calling the debtor (who was no longer in business). It was subsequently determined that this "law firm/collection company" was the point of contact, and due to laziness or the inability to understand the process, intentionally extended the process instead of providing competent customer service. Aghili was absolutely incompetent and unprofessional. Also, knowing that time was of the essence, this inept customer service "manager" did not expedite the process and provided overall inadequate service.
