Aldo and his wonderful staff led by DJ Joe Disaronno and Mr. Perdomo on the percussion did an outstanding job for our wedding this past November (2022). Not only do they run an efficient and comprehensive operation on the back-end prior to the event but the day-of, they played an integral role in making it one of the most memorable experiences of our lives and for that of our guests as well. Aldo at both the micro and macro levels understands the value of good entertainment and this most certainly manifested itself in a variety of different ways. Our wedding was just a few weeks ago but we're still getting significant praise for the job he and his staff did. He is authentic, affable and just a natural at bringing out the best in a large crowd. Strongly recommend. read more

Another successful party with Alive Events! They never disappoint! Their level of dedication to detail and energy is beyond expectations every time! They bring the party to the party and EVERYONE can feel the excitement in the room and on the dance floor! Patrick, Aldo, Jon and the entire staff were amazing as usual. The message I get from everyone is "that's the BEST party I've ever been to! It was so much FUN!" This is not just a job for them, this is their life, their heart and soul and you can feel it! Thank you Patrick for making us feel like we're on top of the world! Can't wait for our next big event to have you guys make it come ALIVE! read more

I cannot recommend Alive Events highly enough. MC Pat Soldi was so pleasant and easy to work with. He is a consummate professional who is very good at what he does; smooth and energetic; he gave 1000% throughout this process, both in planning and execution. He's incredibly client-centered, positive, and attentive. High energy throughout the 5-hour event. He independently orchestrated a surprise that was the highlight of my evening! Pat and Alive Events are clearly invested in making the party successful from beginning to end. read more

Everybody at my wedding had nothing but rave reviews about Alive Events. The combination of Pat Soldi and DJ Joey D was bar none the best musical combination I've ever seen at an event. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone who asked. My friends and family are avid karaoke fans and the added karaoke package left everybody happy read more

Alive Events are the best at what they do simply put. If you are considering using them for your wedding or any event stop looking and book Aldo, Jon, and team before they get booked up. You will not regret it. We may be biased, but my wife's family has known Aldo for a long time. When Aldo was growing Alive Events in the early days he DJed multiple family communions and sweet 16s. When it came time to look for our wedding entertainment we didn't even flinch. With how incredible Aldo has been consistently at every family event we knew he would deliver 10x for our wedding. We called Aldo immediately once our wedding date was confirmed. As you can imagine from this review and the many other 5 star reviews they are worth every penny. Aldo has an incredible hands on approach to the process from getting to know the intimate details of your relationship and truly who you are as people to deliver a unique and customized experience. They aren't like most companies in this space who play the same set, run through the same motions you see. They pay attention to every detail and incorporate personal touches I've never seen done at any other wedding. They are also going above and beyond outside the DJ work to make sure you are having the best day and getting what you need. Aldo was checking in constantly, asking how we were, if we needed drinks, etc. They are also truly just really great genuine people. The talent they bring from singers, to drummers, etc. are incredible. They truly are the life of the party and made our wedding the party of the year. Everyone after our wedding commented how amazing the entertainment was. You bet Aldo and team will continue DJing our future family events when we need one. Don't run, sprint and book the Alive Events team. We'd give 10 out of 5 stars of we could! read more

Aldo, Jon, Douglas and team were AMAZING to work with! The band's professionalism was evident from start to finish. They were easy to work with, responsive to our requests, and seamlessly coordinated with our vendors to ensure everything ran smoothly. We told Aldo, we wanted fun energy and guest to dance all night and it seriously was. Our guest cannot stop raving about Aldo and team and they exceeded all expectations! Our wedding was unforgettable because of Alive Events! read more

We hired Aldo as the MC for our wedding and couldn't be more happier and satisfied with our decision. He made the process not only exciting, but also simple and knew exactly what to ask to get the most from us. He is also very detail oriented, responsive, accommodating and professional. Aldo does not do anything generically or "cookie-cutter"; my favorite thing was our personalized first dance song that he created for us (during which I was told that a few of the manliest men in attendance shed a few tears!). What we love about Aldo is that he goes along with the vibe of the crowd and makes sure that everyone is engaged and having an amazing time. Our guests were contacting us the following day thanking us for such an amazing party, which we couldn't have delivered without his presence! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being there and making our wedding the best day ever! read more

I wish I can give more than 5 stars!!! Our Son's Bar Mitzvah party was a GRAND SLAM! All thanks to MC Pat Soldi, DJ Chris Mooney and dancers Gabby B, Bella & Zach. They created the perfect atmosphere - and everyone had a blast! I just can't recommend them enough. My younger son already asked for this team to entertain his Bar Mitzvah in a few years too, lol. DJ Mooney did a fantastic job with the music, he had the kids (and adults) dancing all night. Our dance floor was always full! MC Pat was super attentive to the crowd and energy of the room. He was so easy and fun to work with. Within a short period of time, he knew all the kid's names - the guests were so impressed with him, they were all raving about him during and after the party. He was professional, had an incredibly positive energy and was so easy to work with. He helped us every step of the way, and had such great ideas throughout. Pat also played some fun games with us and our guests that kept everyone entertained all night. We highly recommend Alive Events for your event...you won't regret it!! read more

What can we say about Aldo and his team that hasn't already been said. We were looking for a long time to find the right MC for our wedding and spoke to many different people and different styles etc. We finally landed on Aldo and we couldn't have been more happy with how everything turned out. There are two things you will immediately notice about him, he has such an open and engaging personality, you can't help but feel energized just speaking to him! The second is how professional he and his whole operation is (especially when compared to some other people we spoke with). He met with all multiple times to set up the timeline and different minor details, he has a world-class website which helps you do everything from pick different songs for your big day, to enter information for your bridal party, to get the timeline ready down to the minute. Our venue initially said the would not allow MCs at all and Aldo worked with us and call them to help show his professionalism and vouch for the importance of an MC in our wedding. One thing that Aldo does which is truly unique is for our first dance song, we had a Voiceover of each of us talking to each other (we didn't know what the other one said until the big day), it was something so special and all of our guests were truly blown away. He worked with us to incorporate Russian traditions which he researched as well, which was really important to the bride. He also recommended Jennifer as a Day Of coordinator and she was fantastic. It started to unexpectedly pour right before the outdoor ceremony start and Jenny was totally on top of everything and worked seamlessly with the venue to move everything indoors within minutes. Honestly it would have been 100x more stressful if we did not have Jenny and Aldo there to help us and make sure our wedding was the most magical day ever. We can't recommend them more highly and you definitely will not regret hiring either of them! read more

The Alive Events team of MC Pat Soldi, DJ Kevan and dancers Gabby B and Lucy were unbelievable. We worked with Pat on every step of our son's bar mitzvah, and there was always one constant - if there was a way Pat could improve my son's party and make our lives easier, he was doing it. We started the process speaking to multiple companies, but there was a warmth and excitement to Pat that set him apart right away. As soon as my son spoke to Pat he only had one question -" will he be the guy running my party? If so, I want him." We were novices to the BM experience and Pat walked us through every step. He would tell us what he thought we needed, and just as importantly, what he thought we did not. He spent considerable time really getting to know my son and his likes and dislikes and always made sure that his suggestions were completely in keeping with my son's sensibilities. He was super knowledgeable about our space and what would and would not work well in it, and thoughtful about what we wanted. There was nothing cookie-cutter about the offering. And whenever we would think of some new unique wrinkle that only made his life's more complicated but fit with what we had in mind, Pat was not only supportive but so excited to do it. When our swag provider fell through, there was Pat to say no worries - I got you - hooking us up with a new provider who was better than what we were previously getting. And once the party started, Pat and his team were exceptional. Most importantly, my son and his friends told us Pat and his team were hands down the best group from the whole BM season. You would think the kids forgot they even had phones, they were so engaged by the music the games and the dancers. Nothing felt forced or cheesy - rather, the whole teams energy and excitement kept the kids engaged for the whole 5 hours. Pat and Kevan also made sure to play all the songs that were requested by us while knowing what would really keep the party moving. And Gabby B and Lucy worked so well with the kids- there was nothing forced - the kids just liked them. Pat MC'd every part of the night, and the party went flawlessly. We could not be happier with them and would recommend them to anyone for their Mitzvah. read more

Alive Events did a top-notch, excellent job for my daughter's bat mitzvah. They were thorough in preparation, their website has a great interface that helps you personalize the experience in advance, and the night of the event Pat Soldi, DJ Anthony and Lucy were absolutely amazing in their energy and attitude. They were able to read the room and apply all the right touches to the party. Everyone - kids and adults - raves about the music and dancing. The photo booth was big hit too. Alive Events delivered on everything they promised and they did it with a smile. Aldo runs a great company. Highly recommend. read more

We recently used Aldo Ryan entertainment for our wedding. From the moment I met with Aldo, I knew that he was the person I needed at my wedding to create the party I envisioned. Aldo provides a service that is personalized and unique. I have never met or have been at a wedding that had an MC with the ideas, energy, and presence that Aldo possesses. From the start Aldo was very detail oriented and genuinely cared about our event. He has so many great ideas and plans that will set your wedding apart from "typical" wedding entertainment. Aldo was easy to get in touch with and responded fairly quickly regarding any question or thought we may have had, whether it is was 6 months or two weeks before the wedding. He was completely professional throughout the entire process and even guided us through decisions that did not pertain to the entertainment or music. In addition to Aldo, his staff is phenomenal! DJ Executive had my guests dancing the entire evening! DJ Executive took the time to meet with us separately to go over the music we wanted. He listened to our requests and made sure we wrote them down. My husband is Haitian and I am Italian so we were concerned about the music and wanted to ensure we acknowledged both cultures in order to please our guests. DJ Executive had experience with these genres and was knowledgeable on this music. He played a great mix of genres from our request list and had the dancefloor packed the entire evening! Everyone was pleased. I can keep going, but I will run out of room! I HIGHLY recommend Aldo Ryan and DJ Executive! I can't say it enough and my guests are still talking about Aldo 3 weeks later! He is the first topic that comes up when people compliment us on our wedding! ALDO RYAN IS THE BEST! read more

Jon and Stu were totally amazing! Attentive, professional, kind, they made our wedding truly special and fantastic! The choices of music were perfect. Their website is very user friendly. You can choose songs that must be there, songs that must not be there, songs for every part of the party, and if you don't find something there - they will, or you can send them your favourite songs by email. This is a second large party where I see them. The first one was my nephew's bar mitzva half a year ago, it was a very different selection of songs and entertainment and it was fantastic. Our wedding yesterday was fantastic as well. They cater to every need, they feel the audience and do their work passionately and professionally. read more

What a great team these guys are! I was super impressed with MC Pat Soldi being not only a great MC but a great entertainer as well. He went beyond and above for our Bat Mizvah party and I couldn't be more happier with how he led and kept the party well organized! He's got so much energy to share that he makes any party even that much better! Now onto accompanying dancer, Lucy - great dancer, assistant, helper, and so great with all the kids! Lucy and Pat had kids of all ages involved and entertained, loved it! Now to top it all off we also got DJ Arthur who was amazing, always in sych with Pat and Lucy and his music rotation, timing, and skills for feeling the crowd were beyond amazing! This trio made this a truly unforgettable event not only for us but for all our guests, days later our family and friends still talk about how great this event/party was! Thank you guys, are you are the best!!!! read more

For starters I need to apologize for how long it took me to write this review. I am a retired DJ with about 20yrs experience. I was married once n got divorced. I was blessed to have found love again in my 40s n got married 9/30/2017. As a retired DJ, you can imagine putting the entertainment aspect into someone else's hands would be a nerve racking task. After a ton of research, I found Aldo Ryan Entertainment. The minute we spoke, the nervousness was gone. I knew I had the right guy for the job. And Aldo did not disappoint. He, his wife, n his team, are hands down, the most amazing n professional people I have ever dealt with. They really have taken what I've been doing decades ago n reinvented the entire business. I can't say enough good things n can't thank them enough for the most amazing wedding reception. We had a violin n viola duo for our ceremony. A DJ, MC, percussionist n lighting, for the reception. It was all fantastic, but it was the special details n touches that Aldo puts into everything that sets him n his team apart. At Aldo: As a client, we say thank you for giving us something so amazing, that a year later our friends n family are still talking about it. As a retired DJ, I'm proud to see first hand how you have taken this profession to a entirely different level. In closing, if you are looking for someone to handle your event or wedding, do not pass this guy up. Thank you so so much Aldo! read more

If you want your wedding day to be unforgettable and unique from all other weddings you need to book Aldo! He is amazing!!!! Everyone at my wedding cant stop talking about how great the wedding was and how much fun they had. Aldo makes EVERYONE get up from the dance floor. There was not one single person at my wedding sitting. Everyone felt the energy and so many people have made comments on why he is different and I had a few people at my wedding who have been to hundreds of weddings and said they've never been to a wedding like mine. All because of Aldo and his team. DJ Jon Divine is phenomenal! There are so many DJ company's out there but there is NONE like ALDO RYAN ENTERTAINMENT I guarantee that ! Would recommend having both an MC and DJ it is worth every penny! Thank you Aldo and team for making my day truly special and unique. YOU GUYS ROCK !!! read more

Aldo and his team were fantastic! Our family and friends are still in awe! He kept the party going and made each step so much fun! We chose to do a personalized package so we met with Aldo a few times and during the first meeting, we quickly realized we not only made a great decision choosing him as an MC but we also gained a friend. Aldo is very detail oriented and remembers everything! He spoke about my family and friends as if they were his! People were very pleasantly surprised with how much he personalized our wedding. The voice over that he uniquely slipped into our slide show we a huge hit. People can't stop talking about our wedding and we believe it's all thanks to our incredible entertainment. We never want to do a party without him now and I can't wait to plan my next one! read more
