Thank you so much for being patient, timely, caring, understanding, informative, knowledgeable, and available to answer all my questions. The one thing I will always remember is what you told me almost 2 years ago, "it's okay to wait and see what comes available." The fact that I wasn't just another sale or another number meant the most to me. So we waited a year until the market cooled down. How lucky was I sending you the listing of the new build on a Friday, you got us a meeting with the builder on Sunday, they informed us they had another sale happening on Monday, put us on the list, and we won the contract? This would have never happened if you were not who you are today and I'm so grateful that you capitalized on this moment for me. Not only did you connect me with the builder, but you connected me with an amazing lender who was so passionate to help me, then you walked through the blue tape and green tape with me as I marked my house for any necessary corrections. I don't think I would have caught all the mistakes that I did without your help and Jason's help. I think I was too excited and focused on having fun than paying attention to the little details! You guys didn't have to do that, but you guys did anyways and it meant a lot to me. The customer service was superb and outstanding! I cannot wait to see who needs to buy a house because I'm going to be a huge advocate for you! I recommend anyone to work with Christina! Her professionalism is above so many people, she cares a lot about you as a person, and will advise you on how to get the best deal possible. Thank you again for everything Christina, you are the best!!!

I provided Christina with a wish list and Christina found the purple unicorn for me! Christina has gone above and beyond every step of the way. We had a long and detailed initial consultation addressing not only my practical wish list, but also touching on the emotional aspects of the home purchasing process. One of my biggest concerns at the time was not having enough time to do the research or to take the action steps required to make an informed decision, but Christina was very knowledgeable about Austin market trends, and about the home purchasing process. It was immediately clear I could trust her feedback when I asked for advice. She then proceeded to conduct research and provide me with information to help me screen, vet and carefully select the key players that would facilitate successfully closing on my home. She even encouraged me to schedule a 2nd, and 3rd estimate and thus, she was able to negotiate a fantastic deal. I'm so grateful for this serendipitous turn of events.
