My wife asked for an extension ( 2 weeks worth) of her medication as we seek out alternate doctors who can address her needs. This doctor rarely returns calls despite the fact that the medicine she prescribed to my wife is one that must be weaned off of and not suddenly stopped! In addition the receptionist is rude and apathetic in her own response. When we scrapped up $90 bucks she saw my wife but since we lost our insurance there is as I stated a total abandonment and tough luck. As a doctor you must balance monetary gain with compassion for your patients who may find themselves in financial strife. Don't like that concept? Pick another profession. Doctor FIRST.
