Since my first align visit, I've visited Thomas at least another five times. He's simply amazing. I visited him two weeks ago and he even said "I looked back on my notes, and we need to do this this and that". Notes? Like seriously. This is a massage therapist that cares. I love align so much I'm coming back again next week and bringing my two best girl friends. Just go. It's awesome and so is Thomas. read more

I have not ever ever written a review although I do rely heavily on yelp reviews. However, the massage I received here while on my ski trip compelled me to shout out to anyone willing to read this... RUN to Align Spa and ask for DEVAN! It was one of the best deep tissue massages I've ever had.... and I've had countless ones. He listened to me and really worked on the areas I had the most tension (neck, trapezius, shins, forearms). He truly understands the body with all its muscles groups. Some deep tissue massages I've experienced were ones where either the pressure was insufficient or just brute force in the wrong places. Devan knew the acupressure points and really relieved a lot of my tension. I walked away feeling so much lighter. I only wished that he lived in my town so that I can go to him on a regular basis!!! Lucky Park City people, you have a gem in your town. The spa itself was clean and 'no fuss' (no steam room, Jacuzzi, etc) which I also liked. If I return to Utah for any reasons and am in the vicinity of Park City, I'd make sure I come back to Align Spa and ask for Devan. read more

I definitely prefer Align's location in the Shadow Ridge Hotel. I had been there every January for the past few years. This time, however, I was sent to the new location on Bonanza Drive, which was far less enjoyable an experience. My massage and facial were good enough -- the therapist and esthetician were really nice. However, the actual spa itself is just not very relaxing. During my massage, screaming children were more than audible, along with bumps against the wall of my room. I assumed there was some sort of playland next door, but was told that it was a laundromat that shares the wall. Where the parents were, I have no idea, but it was definitely not an ideal spa experience. Additionally, only a sliding door separates each spa room from the hallway, so it's not very sound proof. It was still a nice time, but I will likely try a different spa on my next trip. 3 stars for Shadow Ridge; 2 stars for Bonanza. read more

While this estabilshment is not eponymously named, align(ment) is truly the service offered at this amazing spa. Days after my massage at Align, I STILL feel great as I sit in my uncomfortable chair typing out this review. (Ok, maybe I wish I was still in bed right now...) Curvy female that I am, I have been plagued by constant back pain for *years* (for stalkers reading this review, you know it's true) - particularly beneath my shoulder blades and along my spine. So, for my birthday a few weeks back, I gifted myself a massage at another local spa. My treatments left me disappointed and majorly unsatisfied. I figured that maybe there was no backpain solution for the busty. Oh jeebus how wrong was I! Thankfully, I had a girlfriend show me the light that is Align. My massage by Rebecca was incredible. And, their prices are a lot lower than what they charge on Main Street or in the Hotels. I do agree that this place lacks some of the unnecessary frills that other spots have, but I found that to be charming. For the service, price point, and level of dedication their employees have to natural pain solutions, Align Spa cannot be beat in PC. read more

I love this spa and will definitely be back the next time I am in town. The spa is spacious but cozy and had a great feel to it. My three friends and I all got services done at the same time. That was very convenient. Most spas can't accommodate that many of the same type of services at the same time. I got the freestyle massage which was awesome. It's a combo of different styles - Swedish, deep tissue, etc. whatever the styles were I felt so good afterwards. I upgraded with the coconut forming lotion and my skin never felt better! My friends services were just as amazing. We will be back!! read more

So we got here and we given the client intake form. We were escorted into the client waiting were where there were floor plans on the table and a discussion around changes to the facility (expanding a room, dumpster location, keys to entering , etc). Bad timing I guess. So much for a relaxing start. It was loud and the talking drowned out the music. That was disappointing as this was the first time my boyfriend was getting a massage. Well this will be the last visit. I'll have to take him somewhere else. There was a dog wandering and that was fun. Being a dog person, always happy to see animals. The girl who gave me my massage did a nice job. The problem was I could hear laughing and talking outside my room. It was an unfortunate distraction. read more

The only thing on my mind was flawless, glowing skin. Align Spa is a unique wellness spa, embodying the concept of Feng Shui, the centuries-old idea of bringing man into harmony with his surroundings. Every aspect of my wellness experience was exceptional, from the moment I arrived to the time I left. I had the Sugar Scrub which left my skin silky smooth and an herbal wrap read more

Best hot stone massage I have ever had! if your in the area I would 100% recommend this spa!

Align is simply the best spot in Park City. My girlfriends and I used to hit the high end resorts on our annual ladies ski trip until we found Align. This is the perfect combination of spa relaxation and healing massage. Each and every experience has been excellent. I can't imagine going anywhere else when in the region. read more

This is the second time I go to Align Spa while on ski vacation. They are the best! From the royal treatment, the skilled personnel and the environment you will not be disappointed. This year I was late for my appointment due to bad weather. Anita helped me going above and beyond of what is good client service! She is an angel! I highly recommend this place! read more

I'm completely in love with this spa! I was referred by a local and am so grateful I got turned on to Align. I moved to Park City about a year ago and prior to Align wasn't able to find a good place to get a massage. Most were just "mediocre". I went to Align Saturday and it was amazing! They definitely know what they are doing. First, when you walk in you feel incredibly welcomed. The guy at the front desk was so friendly and took me to the comfy waiting area. The decor, music, everything was so relaxing. My massage therapist was Alisa. She has great energy and was very welcoming. The room was just right, warm, great relaxing music and the table was heated (hallelujah!!!). I was having some shoulder and next tension and Alisa got right too it. She also gave me some great advice to prevent it from happening again. The entire massage was perfect...just the right pressure, very relaxing and left me feeling great. I love the oil they use and she had some eucalyptus oil as well. I felt amazing when I left but even more amazing today as the shoulder and neck pain are completely gone! Love it. I'll definitely be going back and recommending to friends. I think I'll try their facials too. read more

I had an excellent experience at Align Spa. Very polite staff, amazing message. I would come back again!

I went in yesterday for a birthday massage. I was extremely excited that they fit me in in such short notice (made appointment 3 hours prior). But left underwhelmed after the experience, unfortunately. Pros: -Massage therapist Maggie was really nice and focused on the areas that I specifically asked her to do. So this rating is not about her, it's about the spa experience. -Location was easy accessible. -Reception was pleasant Cons: -Changing room was really small -Bathroom/shower room was a bit dingy -Waiting room after changing was completely non-zen. Sat around in robe in the front of the spa with the other patrons that were getting non-spa treatments. Awkward. -Massage therapy room - not sound proof at all. Walls are extremely thin so I had the pleasure of hearing screaming kids and kicking on the wall coming from establishment next door while getting massage. Totally killed the massage experience for me. I asked about the noise while checking out thinking there was a playroom next door or something and I was told it was the laundromat next door. I didn't pay attention to that going into the salon, but I think no matter what is going on next door, you should not hear it while getting a relaxing massage. Definitely biggest downside of this place. So if you do try this place, stay away from the rooms (on the right) that share a wall with the laundromat next door. read more

Had a great couples massage. Highly recommend going here if you are in the Park City area.

I LOVE THE ALIGN SPA!!! I cannot say enough great things about my many experiences here... My experience(s) are great from the moment I walk through the door and am greeted by Cali (the spa manager). Cali always makes sure that I am comfortable and answers any questions I might have leading up to my services. In addition to being greeted by Cali, there are the spa dogs! What a fun concept! These lovely, well-behaved dogs are so sweet and create such a fun environment - where else can you find spa dogs?! Only in Park City! THE SERVICES If it is a massage you desire may I recommend Harriet (who is actually the owner as well as a seasoned massage therapist). Harriet's massage is an experience like no-other. She is this tiny little thing that looks at massage in an un-conventional way. She will literally climb on the table to get better leverage if that's what it takes to makes sure she soothes all your aches and pains. In addition to completely owning her skill, she has an uncanny way of knowing what your body needs and exactly how much pressure should be applied. My husband (who has also received a massage from Harriet) and I agree that hands down, this is the best massage around! *If you cannot get in with Harriet (as she is often booked), may I recommend Thomas. Thomas (like Harriet) has a great feel of what your body needs. In addition to working out the kinks Thomas includes long relaxing strokes that are sure to have you floating on cloud 9 in no time! If it is a facial you desire, Lisa is absolutely dreamy!! I have had a lot of facials in my day and am actually an esthetician myself. I have to say that I am often times disappointed with my facial experiences due to the amount of poking and prodding and lack of relaxation. Lisa has a wonderful balance of "work" and relaxation. True, extractions are an unpleasant (but necessary) part of a facial. However, once the extractions are over Lisa rewards you with a luxurious facial, neck and shoulder massage that is topped off with a hand and arm massage while you are masking. I have lived in New York City, Seattle, Las Vegas, Park City and now Baltimore. I have to say out of all my experiences Park City is the one I hold dearest and the Align Spa is the spa I most look forward to returning to. I heart the Align Spa! read more

As a world class athlete and Olympian, having a body that feels good, is aligned and working well is vital to my performance. The body work done at Align spa is amazing and keeps me at the top of my game. The therapists are intuitive and the best in their field and each time I visit align I walk away feeling great and knowing I will train and perform my best. ~Emily Cook, U.S. Ski Team, US Olympic Team read more

We've been going to Align Spa for years - the last massage I had on Feb 28th by Devin was so exceptionally on point and muscle ache relieving - that I had to yelp comment. I get massages pretty regularly - so I know when a masseuse knows pressure points and how much pressure to use - but Devon found points in my wrist and neck that I hadn't even realized were sore - until I felt the relief. I HIGHLY recommend his services. read more

We visit Park City every year and massages at Align Spa are always on our 'must do' list. The treatment rooms are tiny but the experience makes up for it. There are 3 of us in the group and over the course of 3 years, we've never had a bad massage. Worth the visit! read more

My mom and I just got back from a girls day at Align Spa for my birthday. I would give Thomas (masseuse) and Natalie (esthetician for my facial) 5 stars, hands down! I'd give the ambiance of Align a 3, at best. The "relaxation" room was the furthest thing from relaxing.. you could hear the two at the front desk talking the whole time. There was 1 bathroom, no real changing area and no lockers available. They said they're going through construction, but they should close for a few days as opposed to making their clients carry their belongings from room to room. I had a 1 hour massage with Thomas and he was absolutely amazing. The last 15-20 minutes of my massage was a major buzz kill due to the two employees gossiping right outside of my door. My facial with Natalie was great. She asked me questions about my needs and skin type and went to work. I'm undecided if I'd go back. They're employees we're absolutely wonderful but the vibe was the furthest thing from relaxing. read more

My husband is a stroke patient and they were extremely accommodating and helpful with seeing that he had a good experience. I had a much needed massage at the time and it was great . We have scheduled a weekly massage for both of us. I highly recommend Align Spa. read more

This is my type of massage! They focus on where you tell them you're hurting and they work on it. Ashley asked my what is going on. I said my shoulders are always hurting from the main fact that I carry my 35 pound toddler around. She asked me if she could do what she needs to do to help me find relief. She loosened up my and really worked on the trigger points and wow, what a difference. I wish I lived locally, I would see her monthly. Can't wait to get back there and see her again. read more

No matter where I travel, I get a massage. So I tried Align Spa. Very professional; clean; & I was greeted by the sweetest dog, Chas! My masseur, Thomas, listened to my needs & made the experience fabulous. Whenever I'm in PC, I'm going there. read more

We visited this place on NYE as our relaxation day on our ski trip and was well needed. We were looking up several of places in town and this one offered a wide range of massages at reasonable prices, arranged car service, had the availability for 3 couples and allowed us to bring some champagne and drinks to enjoy while we were waiting. They provided us with flutes and glasses and even went out of their way to get us ice! Amy was very helpful and accommodating and made our day very stress free and smooth. I had the 60 min hot stone massage with Mar and she was incredible! It was the best massage I've ever had! The massage was great from start to finish. My gf had Thomas for the same hot stone as well and she had the same results. Afterwards, the group felt recovered and was ready to hit the slopes again. Every part of the experience at Align - from arranging appointments, getting to and from the spa, the atmosphere, customer service, and last but certainly not least the massage - exceeded all expectations! We were all glad we came here. read more

Seriously had the best massage ever by Shelly. Amazing! Also highly recommend Holly for facials. My skin feels great!

After receiving so many mediocre overpriced massages, i feel obligated to let people know about this place. The atmosphere is professional though welcoming and laid back. The massages are consistently effective, highly enjoyable and don't break the bank. The service has always been polite and punctual. Booked a 90-min massage with a Spa gift card I received. Michelle was amazing! Just the right pressure and I left feeling like she worked out the kinks but was very relaxed. Spa was well-stocked with items for sale and also had delicious drinks like Han's Kombucha. I will be back soon! read more

This place is magic. Eight of us had massage treatments and eight of us emerged completely relaxed and refreshed. Michelle was my therapist and I can't recommend her highly enough. We are staying at the Montage and their massages are almost $400 per person. I found the Align Spa online and it was amazing....for a fraction of the price. My girlfriend and I did a couples massage. Both of us really enjoyed it. They were both so good at massaging where you were experiencing challenges. The spa offers a solid massage but you can upgrade by some add-ons like hot towels, aromatherapy, etc. many of the upgrades are only $5 extra so a real win. Get 90 minutes. Great place. Then definitely go to Sammy's Bistro afterward to make it an amazing outing. read more

Received a gift certificate from my girlfriend for my birthday for a facial. I was very excited, as it's been too long and my face needed some moisture, living in this dry climate. Lisa was my aestatician and she was great. Pricey, though, typical of Park City. With tip, my facial was $110. Oy! I will probably find a different place to have a facial for that reason alone. However, if price is not an issue, the atmosphere was quite pleasant. Felt a little pressure to buy "product", though. read more

Solid 4 stars. We booked a girls day with their align special; 1 hour massage and 1 hour facial. It was a busy Saturday but they were very efficient in checking us in and getting our lockers. I will say that the locker situation was a bit tight and the waiting room/meditation area wasn't ideal. Once we had our robes on, we hung out for a few moments in the waiting room and due to its proximity to the front desk, it was kind of hectic. We had massages 1st and they were fabulous all the way around. One of my best in Utah, thank you Mozart. The facial I had was just ok. I thought the products used were lovely and the esthetician was knowledgable but it wasn't my favorite facial experience. Overall, this was a great way to spend a couple of hours. We felt great when we left and felt that we had been pampered. I thought the prices were fair considering you're in Park City and it's not a huge spa. I would be inclined to return for an hour massage in the future. read more

I showed up at 1:25 for my 1:30pm facial. The person doing my facial didn't pick me up until 1:36pm. I then asked if she had time to do an eye brow wax or if it would be better to do it after (in case she had another appointment). She then proceeded to say she could do my eye brows as well. I was not informed that she would now be combining my 60 min facial and eye brows into the same time slot. We finished my eye brows and facial in 50 minutes (10 minutes short)! I was still charged the full price. The prices were not clearly communicated and she picked me up late and finished early. Would definitely not recommend the facial service. read more

I happened to book a therapeutic massage out of curiosity. A couple of days before my massage I started getting back pain for the first time in my life.
