I feel so lucky to have found Emily at the beginning of my healing journey this year. At that time,…read moreI was exhausted by chronic back and neck pain, doctors who only pushed medication and other PT's who conditioned me to fear re-injury through movement. Over the last 6 months, Emily has taught me that I am strong enough to heal myself, that my mental and physical health are completely interconnected, and that movement isn't something to be afraid of. I have felt so supported and validated after years of dismissals and lists of exercises to perform with little follow up. Emily works to understand your symptoms and puts together plans that can be adjusted based on how you respond. I love that all of my plans are organized via an app where I can rewatch them if I need a refresher. The reason I sought out a holistic physical therapy experience was that I knew I needed more than just repetitive exercises. Emily listens and personalizes a healing plan for you that is so much more than physical work by looking at the full picture of your life. I've learned how to breathe deeper, meditate, and perform somatic exercises to calm my nervous system, resulting in less stress, tension and ultimately - pain. I'm happy to report that now most of my days are pain free - something I never dreamt was possible even a year ago! If you need someone who's going to be in your corner as you heal - look no further.

I was a new client, and had been referred to by one of my relatives. I'm not usually the type to go to the doctor unless I have to, so I was hesitant at first. Im so so glad I came in! I was able to get an appointment pretty quickly, and the employees are great at communication and worked with my schedule. Once I got to the office, Rachael kindly and patiently worked with me to determine exactly where the pain was coming from, and explained to me the source(s) of the problem. For someone that walked in knowing NOTHING about neck/shoulder anatomy, this was super helpful and actually really interesting. We found the problem spot, and I was given stretches and exercises to practice routinely in order to reduce the pain in my neck. After just a couple days of following Rachael's instructions, I was already feeling so much better. I returned for a couple of follow-ups, and after that, I was pretty much finished! The pain had subsided, and I had all the information I needed to continue if I had the same issue in the future. Now, two months later, I have 0 pain thanks to Rachael and her instructions. I have no regrets, and can't recommend this office enough! Thank you In Motion, and especially Rachael!

I have a lot I could say, but I'll keep this simple. They addressed both of these issues with what seemed to be almost magical success. I experienced immediate relief to some long-standing issues by way of a very common sense approach. One of the best things about this place was the care that was taken in explaining what might be wrong and a good explanation of the corrective steps we were about to take. That process engendered quite a lot of confidence. Everyone there from the front desk to the care providers were very inviting and competent.

During my first visit to Adam, he put me through a series of evaluations to determine exactly what was causing the issue. His thorough analysis allowed us to identify the root cause instead of simply chasing symptoms. I say "allowed us" because Adam creates a wonderfully collaborative environment where he helps you understand what he is looking for and explains in detail how the various biomechanical systems work. Upon completing the prescribed stretches and exercises, my knee pain started to diminish. During my follow up visit, Adam analyzed my running form and provided crucial insights on form adjustments. These adjustments, along with continue stretching and exercises, completely eliminated the issue. I just recently completed my ultra race and could not have done so without the support of Adam. If you are serious about training and meeting your goals and want to improve the way your body feels and moves, then look no further than Rogue Rehabilitation and Adam.

My insurance would not cover it. Somehow the insurance was billed for it, and paid a small amount on some of the visits. However, I was later billed over double what I was quoted. When I questioned it, they said I had signed a consent form authorizing them to bill me whatever. I paid an invoice then they kept sending me invoices. Invoices were unprofessionally prepared, with many mistakes and it was hard to determine what I was being billed for. I had already stopped going, because they completely changed my treatment plan and went back to their original treatment, which didn't work. No good explanation given. I have found that youtube offers much more help than I received at this location. I won't be going back nor recommend it.
