The doctor was a man (unfortunately, I didn't remember his name), and what did he do? He simply placed the filling in the hole, used a UV lamp, and roughly sanded it down. That's it! Total discomfort the entire day after the procedure. I came back the next day, thinking he would fix it, sand it down until it was smooth, but no! It was just a repeat of the first day. So, this happened at the end of January, it's now April, and my tooth is starting to hurt terribly! I understand that cavities that weren't drilled out are making themselves felt! The money was paid for nothing! The insurance bill shows procedures that weren't performed! I want to ask, is this America, is this American quality, or is it Chinese or African basement? What and where did these dentists study? If this is the highest quality you know, then you should go to Europe, even Russia, to see real quality! A little more about the drilling equipment, attachments, and instruments: it's awful, I thought I'd gone back in time, to the 80s. Was this bought at a second-hand store? Simply shocking!

I had to go back and go through the whole process again. In addition, they would not clean my teeth unless I paid them another $600. I had dental insurance and I asked them for the cleaning that my insurance covered and they absolutely refused to do it. I left and never went back. I went to UT Dentistry where I get much better service at a fraction of the cost. These people focus on up-selling you and charging way more than the services they offer are worth. The staff was very friendly and informative. They made sure I had plenty of time to relax before taking my blood pressure. They gave me plenty of time to let the anesthesia set in. Out came my tooth. Then out the door I went. The whole scenario took less than an hour. It was unbelievable how much I had to hype myself for such a small period of time.
